This location has a phenomenal cake decorator she is very detailed,& skilled , my wife and I was extremely satisfied with her birthday cake we will come to this location for our next occasion thank you very much .

I've always loved Baskin Robbins and pretty much know most of the locations around Sacramento. I usually get a milkshake and today I noticed they have a new flavor - German Chocolate. I got the small size and was very happy. The shop is clean and the service was very good

Horrible customer service by female manager. She made a different cake than was in the paper contract and did not hold herself accountable. Instead she yelled and walked away.

Customers were not served in the order that they arrived. Normally, this BR provides great service, but not today. In particular: when I arrived, there were workers with one serving a family of 4, the second serving a man and his daughter, and the third doing cleanup. After about 3 minutes a family of 4 then a couple arrived after me. When the order for the family of 4 was complete, the first worker proceeded to take the order from the family of 4 that came in after me. I didn't say anything, but I felt like that worker did not care about customer service by doing that. The father that was being served by the second worker did speak up about what they did. The second worker apologized and served me next. In all, it only cost me about a minute if my time, but I did not like feeling that BR does not care about the customers. Some things they can do: add a number service system like the did many years ago, design the layout so customers must wait in line, and/or teach the workers to be aware of the customers in the facility.

Visited this location for a custom ice cream cake. Service was awesome & they showed great patience to answer each of my enquires! The cake was tailored & well made in a professional way, according to my needs! Thanking you all for the wonderful cake which was the main highlight of the birthday party! The choice of picture didn't let us cut the cake ?but only from the sides!

Gia was incredibly helpful. I showed up hoping for a custom, soccer themed cake same day. While that wasn’t possible to get done right at that moment, she did let me pick out an existing cake and let me add frosting to make a soccer field on it.Saved the day for this procrastinator!
Had. Coupon so splurged on a double scoop of rocky road ice cream ?. Got good, friendly service.

This Baskin-Robbins is small and narrow. The staff is very friendly and nice. It's kinda awkward when there is a little bit of a crowd, because the narrow shape of the store makes it hard to form a line. The main reason for the low rating is because they don't keep their ice cream cold enough. It's always too soft. I thought maybe they forgot to turn on the display fridge (where all the ice cream is stored), but I have now been there at least 3 times and the ice cream is way too soft. Especially compared to other Baskin Robbins stores. Maybe they figure it is easier to scoop? But they are sacrificing the quality if that is the reason.

One of the best experiences I had in a Baskin-Robbins , the employee was really helpful and offered samples for me to try before I made my purchase. This employee knows the value of a customer. I will be going back there again not so much for the ice cream but for the service I received here.
