We love us some BR ice cream but there are very limited ice cream choices compared to the Foothills location. This location shares it with ToGo's. The floors are dirty and the working station is dirty.

OWNER IS A CROOK AT THIS LOCATIONthey charge $8.99 for a pint other locations like rocklin $10.99 for 2.I was going to buy 2 pints until it came out to $18. Left and went to rocklin closer to home $10.99 that's a crazy difference in price .Stanford ranch roseville is a greedy overpriced store

I grew up with BR so I'm probably bious but I love their ice cream. Always seasonal flavors to change things up & the ice cream cakes are great as well. Try it out!
Very disappointed with this service. My son got a two scoop sundae and I got a 3 scoop sundae and she charged the same price for both. The one who made my sons sundae did not have any gloves. She was scratching the back of her hair then put her hand in the cherry box and plucked one with her bare unsanitary hands.

I ordered two sundaes through doordash. One was chocolate peanut butter ice cream with the works. The other was daiquiri ice with strawberry topping. I receive my order and the peanut butter sundae was exactly what we ordered. The daiquiri ice was substituted with a non-dairy mush of something with chocolate and cherries mixed in it. IT LOOKED DISGUSTING! There was a note that said, "No daiquiri ice." I called spoke to Ella at BR at Stanford Ranch location and asked why she didn't call me. She said your dasher said you would want Non-dairy ice cream. How does my dasher know I would want non-dairy... no one contacted me to ask if I wanted this disgusting cup of vomit that cost me over $10.00!!! Ella said you need to contact your dasher to get a refund. She was so disrespectful because she would not let me to speak... she just started with, "I knew you were going to call... blah blah blah" Something so simple as "Customer Service" is a thing of the past with young people anymore.

Frequent customer here for a few months now i love being helped by Vanessa shes always so kind and sweet everytime i go there she always greets my family with a beautiful smile and just so genuine. What a great woman!! Rating 5 stars for the store but she gets 10 stars!!
