I used to order a lot here but last Sunday, my order was messed up. I placed the order online as always and they notified me that it is going to be ready in 30 minutes and its not a big deal for me because I know that sometimes, restaurants are busy especially during weekends but when I came to pick up the order, no one was even trying to greet and talk to me, I was standing in the front for like 5 minutes and still, no one. I don’t think they have a lot of orders during that time because restaurant was empty already and there was this new server I guess in the front who did not even bother to check my order then just asked me after 5mins of standing there. He then told me that they don’t have my order ready yet and I have to wait for another 10 minutes for that order, so basically they gave me 50 minutes or let us say an hour wait for my order. It was really a disappointment knowing they forgot my order because of negligence, I left the restaurant with my order and didn’t even get an apology. After ordering there for a lot of times, it was the first time experiencing that kind of service, maybe next time try to be responsible because it is not just about the food that we paid for, shouldn’t waste your customers’ time!!!

We’ve been to this restaurant many times, but unfortunately the service has continued to decline. The server, I believe her name is Irish, has been consistently unpleasant—no smiles, rude demeanor, and zero customer service skills. It’s not a one-time experience; this has been the case every visit.
Today, the service was especially unacceptable. My food was dropped off on the edge of the table without any care or interaction, which was honestly disgusting. My husband's food was served by the other female server and she served it with a smile, but the other waitress- smh! I don't know what is her problem! There were multiple other issues as well that made us feel unwelcome and unvalued as customers.
Sadly, this was the final straw. We will never be returning. If someone clearly dislikes their job this much, they shouldn’t be working in customer service.

Stopped in looking for ramen and we were not disappointed! The House Ramen was an amazing pork broth with pork belly, shitaki mushrooms, marinated egg, cabbage, scallions, corn and perfectly cooked noodles. Delicious! We also had two apps, bbq oysters and pork gyoza. Both were outstanding. The star was the gyoza dipping sauce...I could have just had that over rice and been happy! Definitely will return!

I had a so-so experience at this sushi restaurant. The presentation of the food is great, but the actual experience of eating it is not so great. I went with my friend and we ordered edamame and gyoza to share. Both dishes were delicious! I then ordered the Sacramento roll for my main dish and, unfortunately, I hated it. It had a bad texture and I kept picking pieces out. The roll was not worth ordering and I do not recommend it. My friend did not seem to have the same issues I did, so I would have to go back and try different menu items to see if this place is worth it. If you go, just be careful what you order!

These guys make mistakes and tell the customer to basically kick rocks nothing to do about it. Very irresponsible employees and probably the owner too. Very rude and arrogant people.

saw the good reviews but first off the fish smelled badly and they forgot the roll which was ordered clearly but they refuse to acknowledge or correct their errors.

Horrible business experience, I was clear what I ordered and they changed it twisting my words to give me less items, they also need to save money on soy sauce even because I didn't get that either. The fish smells like it was fresh two weeks ago.

The workers here who take phone orders can’t speak English and mess up orders, then giggle about not doing anything to correct it. Plus they are super cheap about adding things like soy sauce and chop sticks. In our experience they obviously enjoy ripping people off.
