These guys make mistakes and tell the customer to basically kick rocks nothing to do about it. Very irresponsible employees and probably the owner too. Very rude and arrogant people.

saw the good reviews but first off the fish smelled badly and they forgot the roll which was ordered clearly but they refuse to acknowledge or correct their errors.

Horrible business experience, I was clear what I ordered and they changed it twisting my words to give me less items, they also need to save money on soy sauce even because I didn't get that either. The fish smells like it was fresh two weeks ago.

The workers here who take phone orders can’t speak English and mess up orders, then giggle about not doing anything to correct it. Plus they are super cheap about adding things like soy sauce and chop sticks. In our experience they obviously enjoy ripping people off.

Celebrated daughter’s birthday at BF Miyabi’s. We all enjoyed the sushi, all was delicious. At the beginning of our meal our server brought out our first dish. Since we were hungry we ate it! Later they brought out the rest of our food and we realized that first dish wasn’t one that we ordered. Nevertheless, we were charged for it, which is fair because we ate it! But it was the server’s mistake so I don’t feel like we should have paid for all of it.. as customers we expect food we actually ordered to be brought to the table…

I have been coming to BF Myabis for over 8 years. They were first in Elk Grove and moved to Roseville, which I am so happy that I found this place sushi is fresh and they are also friendly. I recommend you try it out. It will not disappoint.

​Food Quality: The edamame was great, and the food overall was very good. I enjoyed three different sushi rolls, all of which were clearly made with fresh, high-quality ingredients.
​Service Issue: The experience was overshadowed by lackluster service. Our server's attitude was noticeably poor.
​Final Thought: While I understand that staff can be in a bad mood, that shouldn't detract from a customer's overall experience. The restaurant needs to ensure its professionalism matches the quality of its kitchen.

I come and eat here by myself on the weekends sometimes. The staff is always so welcoming and takes great care of me. Food is fantastic. The spicy garlic edamame is really great. It’s never overwhelmingly busy. 10/10 a need to try.
