BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse

Made a 7:30 reservation waited til 8:15 to finally get seated. they were understaffed and overbooked. When food arrived took 15 minutes to get condiments and no refills on drinks were available. Asked server at another table for drinks and was told that my table was not his.

Almost all the time, the time of reservation booked with open table is honored and they seat you right away. Last night, we had to wait 20 minutes to be seated while many tables were open with no one sitting there. The server was doing a good job until the end where he failed to clear the table before he brought the bill.

I have been here 3 times. The 1st 2 visits were fine. I do take-out. Today I wanted to do curbside. The lot was crowded and all the curbside spaces were taken. I parked a dustance away and went to the app. It said my order was already picked up. Wow. I phoned the restaurant and explained. She wanted to transfer me another department . I could not wait on hold until someone answered. I drove off. There are lots of restaurants around here. The cost if my order. Unfortunatelty it makes a difference to me. If money is no object you will like it. If you're a normal person I would not pat them.

Watch what you eat, I guess…. Found a toothpick in my salad. This is on top of them getting the other part of our order wrong, and having to wait for them to constantly answer the phone for us to just find the hostess standing a the host stand. Glad there are plenty of other options for us to eat at so we can avoid this restaurant again (we’ve given them multiple chances).

Nathaniel was so sweet and the food came out quick once we got our drinks!! There was 6 people at our table and it was still really fast!

Like this place but yesterday June 2nd 2025. I went in for lunch and the lunch special. When I got my pizza. It was still kinda like dough and it wasn't cut at all

we had brandon as our server. there were three of us on a sunday evening around 7-8pm and we went to order drinks but he took our friends ID and walked away for 20 minutes without returning it or the other drinks we had ordered. He finally came back and then forgot to return the first ID he had to ask for it back. our other friend decided to have a drink as well and he did the same thing. he also proceeded to push my friends arm out of the way while putting a drink down rather than move to the other side of the table. We didn’t end up staying for dessert especially due to the fact when we would ask for stuff (ranch and a togo box) he would be gone for a few minutes then we see him at the host stand with other servers just laughing and talking while we’re waiting. He also walked away while we were talking to talk to his other tables rather than listening to us for 30 seconds. overall terrible experience service wise

Grant was a terrible server came to the table once to check on us, fries came out looking gross and tasted even worse like old oil

First off this review is not about the food, our food was delicious especially for what we paid for. When it came to our server the only thing he did was initially take our order and then drop our bill off. He never even stopped by for a quality food check. My friend had to flag him down 4 separate times for anything from condiments to drink refills and he had an attitude as if how dare we ask him to do something. Im not sure if maybe because he was not trained properly or what but it was very off putting and my friend never wants to come back. Our servers name was ISAAC B.

Long service inexperienced server took to long to get our orders and it was less than warm bouzouki's took forever to get the ice cream was half melted our family came here monthly for years it stops today!

We tried their amazing dessert pizooki, this is so delicious!

The small plates were dirty. They looked like they had not been washed or had been grabbed from a dirty stack. It was very disgusting, and we had a child at our table.

Devon was really sweet and took care of my whole family for my birthday! she's amazing thank you
