I doordashed from here and I cannot believe how badly they botched this. I ordered a vegan pizza and received a carnivore pizza. There’s a chance that the dasher grabbed the wrong order, but it’s really simple to confirm the order’s name before handing it off. If this was an honest mistake, I’m sorry for the level of outrage I feel. However, I’m genuinely angry because of how badly this strays from my beliefs.

I am disgusted at the experience I just had at this location. As I was waiting to pay for my meal, the MANAGER was talking to another employee about how “things are looking up” (her words) as it was just announced that a political figure had been shot and killed. No matter what side of the political fence you lean on, this is a vile comment to make in general, but specifically in front of customers…. do better!

Went in for a pickup door dash order but the place said there was no online order at the location I ordered from (which was the correct location) and the person that was helping me felt like she wasn’t really checking to see if it was really there or not and wasn’t really working with me to help me understand, because she tried to charge me through the store when I already paid online but also wasn’t waiting for me to answer her questions and went straight to the other person which was not cool at all she needs to do better

I wish I knew how to post a photo with this review. My husband and I ordered 2 of the same exact pizza lastnight, for delivery. We received 2 completely different pizzas. And YES the order receipts were on top and they were printed correctly.

We’ve come here for years and in the past, a Friday/Saturday night would be crazy busy. The line was always out the door. We came in at 630 on Saturday and it was a ghost town. First red flag…the cleanliness was awful. One employee was decent, but the rest were mediocre at best with the exception of the girl with dark hair, pig tails and bangs. Unbelievably rude! We heard another customer complain about her as well. Not only was she rude, but her and another girl working the pizza oven were complaining about a group text loudly. They were so distracted by their conversation that they gave away one of our pizzas and then told us to go wait in line to order another one. It’s clear to me this place is going down hill. Let me know if you need a business consultant to help you out, but this was an awful experience and we will no longer give them our business or money. You can’t raise prices and provide a worse experience. This is so disappointing.
