Coffee is ok. The breakfast we tried and the pastries were not very good.

The bagel was good. I ordered a hot vanilla latte. It was super bitter and I didn't taste any vanilla but the coffee was hot and the latte art was beautiful.

I like to support small local businesses over massive chains, so I'll still choose somewhere like Bloom over massive chains like Starbucks any day. But this is probably my least favorite coffee shop in the area. Their seating is extremely uncomfortable, their coffee is nothing special, and they charge an extra dollar for a refill on their $4 drip. To me, charging for refills on something that costs pennies to make is just greedy. You're already up-charging the hell out of a cup of coffee, which I'm happy to pay for to have a nice workspace for an hour or two. But charging an extra dollar for refills on drip? Come on. I don't know of any other coffee shop in Roseville that does this. I'll continue to support this place out of principle because I hate massive corporations and I don't want less options and more Starbucks, but Bloom is probably my last option for a coffee shop in the area. People are struggling and you guys are nickel-and-diming your customers? Just leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

Today I had a hot latte with their house made bourbon syrup. Get this ☺️. Nice selection of scones too.

The coffee isn't the best and the variety of beans is limited. The teas are alright. I mainly go to coffee shops to study and do schoolwork and a lot of the times when I do go I value the quality of the drink I get. That being said the seats are also metal/wired and not the most comfortable. After 30 minutes I kept finding myself trying to rearrange my posture to find a more comfortable position. I do value the fact that they do have a good selection of outlets to use. Sometimes coffee shops limit their outlets which I understand why, but Bloom has a good amount.

This place is pretty aesthetic however it was cramped inside. There was an outdoor seating option which I thought was nice. The coffee on the other hand, lacked flavor and was straight up either milky or really bitter. Staff seemed friendly and willing to help out.

Best coffee in Sacramento (get the latte). Omelettes are great! Not a fan of coffee? The London Fog is delicious!

Bloom is amazing! The atmosphere is very fresh clean and comfortable - staff is very nice and accommodating. You get the sense that the staff here are well taken care of and that reflects in the vibe and hospitality. They offer a lot of healthy options for those who don't eat meat, and lots of options for those who do. I ordered a salad and a coffee. The flavor of the coffee was amazing and you can taste the quality in the salad. Highly recommend.

I love this place, and could never understand giving it any less than 5 stars. I got the plain jane sandwich and a chai with bourbon flavoring and it’s all delicious. The staff is so friendly. I’ve been here three times now and every experience has made me want to go back for more. Highly recommend, the prices are not bad for the amount of food you get.

The coffe is great, but if you want to get work done I would consider another shop. Their Wifi is horrible, constant disconnection from the internet. Perhaps replace the consumer grade router for a commercial grade access

This review is for the coffee only, I did not try any of the food. I decided to switch it up and try a new coffee shop which lead me to Bloom. The inside is cozy, large communal tables for people to sit and enjoy their coffee and food. The service was mediocre and the coffee was OK. Not worth me revisiting, there are other shops that I'd rather give my money to.
