It's quite rare for me to rate a boba place a full 5 stars. But this place deserve is just that amazing!
I tried the milk tea with boba. And let me tell you it was delicious!! Never have I tried a milk tea where my first thought was to go back in for another lol for the boba itself, it was good but I like my boba a little more on the softer side.
Please give this cafe a try! You won't regret it. Next time I'm in town I will have to try the other drinks they offer.

This is one of the best matcha/fun drink spots in the Sacramento area. The service is amazing and they always tend to customer needs and are very welcoming. The peppermint and corn matcha was actually amazing and very well balanced. Drinks run on sweeter side so if you like less sweet get less sweet (75%). They have a lot of seating inside too.

Every drink I’ve tried from here is amazing! My go to here in Roseville as it’s hard to find quality matcha plus they aren’t over priced. My favorites are the banana matcha and the guava lychee :) the staff is always so nice and efficient even when it’s busy!

I came to this place looking for the perfect environment to study and I am lucky enough to say that I have found just that! The variety of the drinks is multidimensional and the music that the worker was playing was beautiful. Almost as beautiful as him. Overall, an amazing place and I would recommend to anyone who wants a calm and welcoming environment and some good drinks! I think his name was Isaac!

I’ve tried a lot of boba places in the area, and Boba Unit Cafe is by far the best! Their drinks are flavorful without being overly sweet, and the boba is consistently fresh and perfectly textured. Highly recommend!

I've been a couple of times and tried their matcha, milk tea, fruit tea, and smoothie options. Everything has been great and it's so nice that there's a spot focused on matcha/green tea, since so many coffee spots don't do certain types of tea very well (or at all).

Excellent boba! The boba tasted great, the service was fast and the place was clean. I loved the little flowers they put in our boba and the free water available. You could totally study and chill here for hours
