me and my sister were the only people in there when we ordered and it took longer than 10 minutes for our drinks to come out. normally that wouldn’t be a problem, but it’s never taken that long for someone to make a boba that tastes like straight milk. we could also see them making our drinks and moving so slow and expressionless that it looked like it was on purpose. i’ve had a bad experience at this place before and i thought it would be different this time, but it’s not. wouldn’t go again.

They are so inconsistent with everything. Sometimes the ice are just enough and sometimes the ice are way too much. Not only that, sizes are way smaller now but the prices went up. Almost a dollar for less/no ice and same goes for the toppings. What a downgrade.

It’s ridiculous that if you want less ice it’s 90 cent more. It has more ice in the cup than the actual drink.

As a big fan of different boba spots, this was probably the worst “boba” tea I ever had, where standard boba and less ice come at an extra cost. The taste is mediocre at best. And the “large” sized drink is closer to the size of a small everywhere else

Horrible and disappointing service. I would never come back.
this is probably my first bad review ever But The experience was so horrible that I think everyone should know where they’re spending their money at . I wanted to get a cup of water for my dog and a pup cup and I was willing to pay whatever the pub cup costs. But the girl behind the counter first tells me they don’t have water then she tells me she doesn’t have the cup to give my dog water and then when she gives me small cup of water, which she could’ve done from the beginning, It was with a horrible attitude. It’s not like they were busy I was the first customer in. Then I asked for the pop cup, and I would’ve paid, But she said they have whipped cream, but she cannot sell it separately or she couldn’t even put some whip cream and give it to a small dog. I understand there is protocol, but you have to understand. Customer service too. I would’ve paid for something else and get the whipped cream on top, but she wouldn’t even do that.
Very disappointing never coming back and I suggest that you Find a different place too.

Limited staff, restroom blocked, boba cost extra, furniture dirty. Drink was less than okay and expensive. Just find another spot

The product was unavailable, unfortunately. Upon my arrival, I was promptly notified that my online order had been canceled. It appears that my time was not well spent.

This is my new favorite place! Not only were the drinks delicious, the employees were helpful and welcoming. I was confused about the kiosk but the girl walked me through ordering and made sure i got what i wanted. Def will be back!

I've been Here a few time and love it. I'm good with the kiosks. People complaining about the kiosks welcome to the future. Self check outs and self bagging at stores kiosks at fast food places.

Wow. To give it any stars is generous. I went here 1st time just to get a simple boba tea on April 2 at 150p and as previously mentioned in another poor review was that there is no cashier. The Kiosks are not user friendly. And was complete lack of concern /service from the one person who could’ve cared less to be there. I just had to just walk out -thankfully laughing at the fact a business is trying to be run this way. Will never go here or anywhere that does this. Terrible ,pathetically sad business.

I was immediately annoyed by the fact that there is no cashier and they do not accept cash. I placed my order and it was delivered incomplete. I was told that they didn’t have an item that I ordered. I asked for a receipt showing that my credit card was not charged for the item that I did not receive. The girl behind the counter told me that they do not issue receipts for refunds. She then proceeded to walk away.

My drink was 80% ice, their customer service was terrible, the entire environment of the store is completely uninviting.

The place is decorated very cute.
But, i was very annoyed that there is NO CASHIER. Sooo, u cant ask questions!
You are forced to order at one of two KIOSKS on the wall. You cannot pay cash! Card only. (Ridiculous).
And there were two teenage kids working, making the drinks, that looked 15-16 years old. Who looked clueless. They need an adult running the show. Up front!
I got a milk tea. There were no fruit flavors available. And the boba bubbles cost extra!
It was unimpressive, taste-wise.
There is also ONLY outdoor seating. Theres a few seats inside, where customers are waiting for their order. No tables.
I wont be back, unless im desperate. Ive been to two other Boba shops a mile or two away (this week), that I liked much better.
I hope they make some changes here, and make it more customer-friendly.
