There’s not much customer service here! You walk inside to 2 kiosks that take your order so it doesn’t feel very personal from the beginning. If you have any questions about any of the drinks you have to get out of line and try to talk to someone that’s calling out the food counter, and taking your own order can be frustrating and time consuming when you’re not sure how to navigate the self service system as it is not very user friendly.Also, I asked a worker if they had any dairy free milks and they said that all of their milk teas were dairy free. After ordering one and drinking the whole thing, I looked up the ingredients for that specific drink on their website just to make sure and it ended up containing regular whole milk which is so upsetting since my newborn baby is sensitive to dairy.The place had yummy drinks but I feel that the experience overall and customer service could be better.Dietary restrictions: Check their website for ingredients instead of asking the workers!

I've never had any problem before when they first opened up. I've always enjoyed my drink but my recent visit (02-24) it was bad. I ordered two drinks and been waiting for my drink and i noticed that the group who ordered after us got their drink first. I went to the counter and asked for how long my drink was. I mentioned the name for the drink and she asked the person whos making the drink and her response was "we dont know. I never recieve the order" so i told her that i ordered right after the group that was in the corner and a lot of different drinks are being made so she checked in with the person making the drinks again and they found the ticket. Even the customers who used the kiosk the same time as me was annoyed because we've ordered first and those who ordered last are getting their drinks before us.

This is the best boba I’ve ever had! The machines to order felt a little odd to navigate initially and took a minute to figure out, but the drinks got made quickly and tasted so good! There are so many options for drinks and both the inside and outside are decorated so cute!

Cool decorations and my daughter said it was tasty, but that is the end of the positives. You order from a kiosk and they automatically apply a tip which you have to remove.Imagine asking for a tip when the customer literally never speaks to a human being.Not coming back.

This is a phenomenal place for Boba! I got the Jasmine Green Tea with Boba in their surprise cup! I was afraid that they ran out bc it was a Christmas special. I haven't had the time to swing by until today. Soo much fun!! However, I would not get their mochi donuts, especially in the afternoon. They were a bit cold and stale. So, minus one star for that. As for service, I was a bit disappointed by the ordering kiosks. I mean... they were all working just fine and the ordering system was great, but it takes away the face to face customer service. It is no fault of theirs though as it is everywhere now and it's something I just need to get used to. The ambiance was absolutely lovely!!! I could sit there all day or even have a drink with a girlfriend. It's just an all around fun/girly place to go to for boba! I would definitely stop by again!!

Second time I’ve ordered their milk tea with boba and their boba wasn’t sweet at all. Completely flavorless. Very disappointing when I paid over $8 for the drink.

Bober is a nice environment to enjoy a sweet drink of your choosing. When you walk in, you'll notice the colorful decor that's perfect for pictures. There's not a lot of seating as it's a smaller place. You can order at the screens on the left right when you walk in and you will pick up your order at the counter. We got a taro blended smoothie with boba and a brown sugar cookies & cream tea with boba. The taro drink was okay, a little too artificially sweet. However the boba itself was good. I'd give it a 3/5. The brown sugar cookies & cream tea was very flavorful. I'd give that a 4/5. Overall, good boba spot, but I prefer the locations in Sacramento.
