Used to be consistently good. Now it’s consistently mediocre. The food is fine but a terrible value for the price. It’s not even the best option for sandwiches at The Fountains.
We stopped by Boudin for a snack before hitting the road and it did not disappoint. We ordered some drinks and clam chowder to-go and they came out almost immediately. It was fresh, and I was pleasantly surprised to see a sourdough bowl included with the chowder. The cashier was very helpful and we spent only about 5 minutes in there. The seating we used to wait was totally clean. Overall, 4/5.
The food looked delicious, but most of the tables were dirty, we found 1 that was least dirty but still had to wipe it down with napkins. The time we went in there were no customers, perhaps they were under staffed that day not sure but that should still be a priority to maintain for customers.
