I ordered chowder in a bread bowl. I had never eaten inside this location before. My bread bowl had always been heated before. I was given a cold, dry bread bowl with some hot soup. The soup was fine, but there was no steam from heating the bread to moisten it. It was very disappointing. Maybe they don’t heat them anymore. I won’t eat there again.

We ordered three hot sandwiches, and unfortunately, one of them had hair in the salad. The staff replaced the salad, but then we found hair in the sandwich itself. At that point, we were offered either a refund or a replacement sandwich, but we were already quite upset and decided to take the refund.

Boudin’s is absolutely amazing! Every time I come here, I’m blown away by how fresh and delicious everything is. The sourdough bread is out of this world — perfectly crusty on the outside and soft on the inside. You can taste the quality and care in every bite.
