Drinks are good so far, no complaints. Customer service? Bad in a way that it could be better, the cashiers/barista are nice but I think it’s the management that could be a little nicer. I guess the good drinks make it up.

When we walked in, we were never greeted and there were no employees to be seen. After awhile we ended up just using the self serve kiosk and they were, as usual, out of boba which was weird because they had recently opened. I don’t like giving bad reviews but this place is truly awful

Amazing, went there today. The environment is great and the drinks were even better. Glad to have this place in Roseville, added to my boba shop list.

Very sad. We used to go here a lot. I’m not sure if there’s new management but it’s like they’re making so many changes for the worst. First they took out coconut popping boba, then coffee jelly, and now they also took brown sugar boba off the menu. Ridiculous. I know the business won’t hurt if a couple customers like me and my husband won’t go anymore but it’s just very disappointing and sad. Hope they do better.

She only works in slow motion. Took forever as the one lone gal in the store sauntered back and forth with apparently no urgency. There were 3 behind me but that didn’t speed her up. Won’t be going again.

Automated kiosk with a minimum 10% tip. The boba tea was also not good. Weird lumpy boba and their specialty Burn Burn tea tastes off.
The interior at least was nice. Otherwise I don't recommend.
The boba milk tea was good, the place was quiet and empty, but clean... Unfortunately the service was BAD. Not only did she make us wait a while but had a horrible upsetting face, letting us know very clearly she didn't want to be there.

Very nice and cozy boba store, I really love the atmosphere with the gatcha and games for when you wait for your drink. For the drink I was experimenting a bit and it turned out wonderful :).
As an introvert with anxiety I love using the screen system makes interactions less stressful. A plus for me is the cups here are so cute! ? ?
