Fun place to eat. We were seated in the bar so it was very quiet. Got a kitchen tour on the way to the table which was cool. Large menu. Food was good, large portions. Pricey but you do get a lot of food. Our bread came with the food which I do not like. I like to snack on it before our food comes. Service was a bit slow. Our server was nice but my soda went dry & was never refilled. Had to finish washing my meal down with my sons lemonade. We will go again!
Food was burned and quite expensive. Austin was our server and he was rude and inattentive. We clearly did not spend enough money for him to give us service and he made that obvious. The manager did comp our burned food, but seemed annoyed that we ate most of the food. The only reason we did not allow them to recook the food is that Austin never come back to check on us after the food was delivered. We sat there for a few minutes and then started eating around the burnt parts. Water was empty most of the time and everything took way longer than it should have. I am sad I have a gift card because I don't want to go back.
I wanted to like it so much. The food was great. Everything else was just awful. Jose was the only person taking orders, serving food and entertaining guests in a place when 5-7 families we eating. Our food took over 30 mins. The air conditioning went from welcoming to tundra setting. Kids and seniors with us started complaining of the cold air blowing at us. By the time we were served, we were looking forward to the hot food. Guess what, it took minutes for the food to be chilled over. Ultimately decided to get the food packed and leave the spot. Unfortunate.
We had a great time catching up with friends over good food, fun environment and great waitress. Waitress Tanja was attentive and engaging. Thank you. 😊
The food is bland, at best. We had the chicken Parmesan, pasta Alfredo and mixed green salad. Service is good, tons of food for the money. The desert Lemon cake) was delish!
We came here to celebrate my daughter's birthday for the second year in a row. It is our favorite place to have Italian food where it feels like a family style dinner. As usual, they did not disappoint. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the service was wonderful. Next time, we will for sure ask to eat in the Pope's room. This place is always a family favorite and we will keep coming back.
Food is horrible. Appetizers are very expensive, small and tasteless. The garlic bread is cheap sandwich bread. Main dinner was alot of food, but was worst Italian food ever. The only good thing was the great service.
We went there to celebrate my wife's birthday. When we got there we were told they don't have chicken Salonica for the season. Then we were told they were substituting feta cheese for the apple Gorgonzola salad! And we were told they had been out of Gorgonzola cheese for two weeks! We also ordered green beans which we've always loved in the past and these were inedible to the point we asked for the Brussels sprouts instead! The final straw came when they didn't have their chocolate cake to celebrate my wife's birthday! We talked to several people there and told them we wouldn't be back until those issues were corrected!
Bucca is always a solid choice. Nothing that rates spectacular, but then you go for comfort and consistency and hearty fare. It's got a fun vibe, (I like being walked through the kitchen)it's great for a family event or a date night, but prepare for family style portions - I would recommend lunch (before 3pm) when the menu is more like a normal lunch place , not such huge portions . You'll spend less and come away satisfied. Dinner is good for larger groups - helps to decide what enter will be shared. The didn't meatball is delish, by the way. The souvenir photo thing is cute, but be prepared to feel that twinge of guilt for not wanting to buy all the pics they'll take- you'll see them later in a frame with a price tag attached (the postcard -sized photo that's complimentary is small ) - we opted for them all but you may want to skip it. Personal choice. Pasta is delicious, cooked perfectly, good service, attentive - errors are made up for, no one gets defensive, they simply fix the problem, apologize and often that item is comped. Everybody's happy. Note: they stopped playing the conversational soundtrack in the restrooms, which is disappointing, and the Caesar salad no longer comes with anchovies or lemon wedges ( why ??) but is still tasty . Four solid stars.
We had the Stuffed Chicken, Ceasar Salad, Rigatoni, Apple Gargonzola Salad and lasagna. It was all perfect. Disappointed they had discontinued the Rene San Ramo but we adapted. Awesome place to go. Especially for big parties.

I believe it was Austin who helped us out. Very energetic and well aware of his tables. Seemed busy but was always willing to answer any questions. Definitely a great employee.
The service was amazing. Austin was an excellent server. He was friendly and made sure all of our needs were taken care of.
Seated immediately upon arrival. Service was attentive & very good. Food was delicious.
Served family style, gets expensive if each member of your party desires different entrees or dietary restrictions. The food was above average and service was great.
Way too crowded with our table being extended into an isle. It was my first time dining at Buca. Not pleasurable. I "might" try it again at some point.
