Buca di Beppo Italian Restaurant

Our evening at Buca di Bepo started on a low note — a freezing seating area, noticeable rips in the booth, and the general feeling that Monday was winning. Then Tanner stepped in and completely turned the night around. Without hesitation, he offered to reseat us and followed that up with truly exceptional service. Attentive, kind, proactive, and genuinely invested in making sure we had a great experience, Tanner transformed what could have been a disappointing night into a warm, happy one (in every sense but the thermostat). Even when the kitchen accidentally gave away our spicy sugar to another table, Tanner handled everything with grace and professionalism. We left full, smiling, and grateful — proof that excellent service can absolutely save the day. Tanner was the highlight of the evening and the reason we'll be back. Give that man a raise.

Ambiance and decor unique. Good courteous service. Pricing is a bit higher than comparable Italian franchise restaurants. We were a party of four adults for lunch and ordered spaghetti with marinara meat sauce, lasagna, meatballs, chicken entree with string beans. We also ordered garlic bread with a marinara dipping sauce and afterwards ordered a tiramisu dessert. All dishes were tasty and prepared well except the chicken which was dry and overcooked. We sent the chicken back and selected a spaghetti pasta for replacement. Total bill for 4 was $125 including gratuity.

I understand that it was Christmas when we ate there but a disappointed. Won't eat there again. No lasagna or soup and we went there specifically for pizza but they got so backed up they wouldn't allow us to order. We sat forever waiting for our drink orders to be taken and our food wasn't even served at the same time as the family members we were with. The cost does not reflect what you receive. The pasta alla vodka was flavorless and for $55 we received 5 very small pieces of chicken. I do not recommend this restaurant.

We come here every year for Christmas and have for well over a decade. The food is amazing and it is our once a year splurge. I did miss the person taking pictures this year, but that's OK maybe next year. I highly recommend this place.

Food is nothing special but it tasted great. Our chairs were very wobbly I thought we were almost breaking their legs for Asian weights. Fonts on the menu are not appealing that we and the other customers on the next table ordered the same food but different flavors. Lights are too dark and hard to read the menu. The only best thing here is the customer service. Waitresses are very accommodating and focus. These are my only opinions visiting this place for the first time.

My adult sons and I decided to make a Thanksgiving reservation at Bucca. We had a blast. The ambience was boisterous and fun. Our server was friendly and attentive! The food was delicious. I could go on and on!

Every thing was great for my nephews birthday. Food was good service was top notch. There was 11 of us though we spent 640$ definitely not expect that.

The food was terrible and way over price.Our server was OK. We were a party of five and was served one loaf of bread we had to ask for more.The bread was cut into four pieces.We had the green salad little to no dressing asked for more never received it.The pasta had so much meat sauce that the pasta itself was over whelm so it made it seem like a lot. I would not tell anyone to visit or eat here. Would never go back.

Went in expecting to have a great meal. Was seated and left to wait over 10min for the server to appear only to have him ignore us and go to a table that had just been seated. He never even acknowledged our existence. So we left. We weren't even offered water or anything when initially seated. We will not be back. If I could give zero stars for service I would.

I had a great time there celebrating my bestie’s birthday! Our server, Beatrice, was great! She was friendly and great at making sure we had an exceptional experience. We got the pasta carbonara, and we tried the new Bolognese dish- sooooo good! We will definitely go back for more drinks and pasta when Beatrice is there.

I've loved Buca my whole life and celebrated my birthday there many times. As always, they did not disappoint! The server Beatrice was friendly, attentive, and all around a pleasure to meet. The new Bolognese dish is 🔥🔥🔥 and we left suuuuuuper satisfied, 15/10 would recommend
