I ordered a take out meal and there was a slight miscommunication and I asked if he could just make me the correct order and he told me that it was my fault that it incorrectly I felt disrespected and felt like I was asking for something drastic and just asked if when he gave me the correct meal it was the worst wings I’ve ever had in my life Don’t expect too much from their customer service

Staff was super friendly and the food was very good. We have had bad experiences at other Bdubbs, but this specific location is fantastic. We will be coming back.

I've been to Buffalo Wild Wings 3 times since the beginning of the year. The first time I ordered food to go and I received about 4 feathered wings with my order. I understand mistakes happen so I didn't speak up. The second time we ordered was inside for dinning. Our service and wings were great. Now for the third order I did to go again. I was concerned for the to go quality. When ordering through the phone, I politely asked if they could make sure our wings didn't have feathers this time around (and I explained our last experience). As it wasn't just one wing there were many. It seemed as if they laughed at my request at first, but then said they would make sure. Well once again we got feathered wings. Now that it seems they laughed at our request it might have been done on purpose either way I'm sticking to firewings and wingstop. Never had an issue with feathered wings at those locations.

I got my order remade and during my pickup Mario was great and made sure everything was perfect.

I also ordered a week later. A TRUE test. And no feathers! Yay!

Julien was awesome, made us laugh and was very professional. We will come back here again for sure!

Spacious open room with plenty of seating, including tables, a bar area, and bar tables. Numerous TVs ensure you won't miss any sporting event. The service is prompt and polite. If you're a fan of wings, this is the place to be.

Service (host) was horrible, waited for 10 mins no one around. Waitor was really kind. Food was gross, felt luke warm and stale (both wings and fries). People around us also complained and wanted their wings freshly made. Me and my kids stomach was messed up rest of the day. Don’t recommend.

Would give 0 stars if possible! Visited this location on a whim. Sunday at 1p on weekend between NFL Championship weekend and super bowl weekend. Place was very quiet almost empty. Numerous staff walking around, at least 6 different servers walking back and forth and more in the kitchen. Wife and I sat at the bar. In the 10 minutes we sat there, not one server approached and offered us menus, no bar tender present and the short balding male with glasses, that presented as a manager stood by the bar for half that time and just looked at us. I finally got up a grabbed menus off the wall behind where he was standing. No acknowledgement of our presence. Even watched one of the servers walk up to the customers sitting next to us at the bar, bro hug them and then chat them up for the last several minutes we were sitting there. We finally got up amd walked out, lost sales, but I dont think they care based on our experience. There was enough staff doing nothing that could have provided service, but they were completely disengaged.

Horrible customer service. Every time I've went there, I waited for more than 10 minutes, and no one ever came to the front counter to greet us or to be seated. After the third time, I will never go back. My family and I will never go to this place until they fix their customer service, hire new people, and get rid of the manager. The manager clearly doesn't know how to train their staff and are understaffed. Time to shake it up.

I would like to give big props to our server Jared at the Roseville Galleria location, he was handling everything himself as I guess they were short staffed, he did an amazing job and is very good at his job, handled it like a pro! Thank you Jared for taking good care of me and my daughter!

Lots of TVs, decent wings and good service. The lemon pepper dry rub doesn't have enough on it, you can taste the pepper but just a faint hint.

On 12/28/24 we went to the Roseville Galleria location for lunch. We had been to this location before and no issues.

We got there shortly after they opened around 11:15am. They were not busy and hardly anyone was in the resturant as they just opened. We were sat at a table that was disgusting. It was sticky, there was a straw wrapper left on the table. Under the table wad super gross. They did not vacuum/sweep under the table. There wad trash and food debris on the floor under the table. Now this would be a little more understandable if they were busy but this was right after they opened. This should have been cleaned prior to opening. We were in a booth next to a window and the window sill had food debris etc on it. It was so disgusting.

We asked someone to come over and wipe down the table since it was so gross. We ended up Orting their hatched quest dip and when it arrived it was watery and nasty looking. It didn't taste very good and we have ordered this in the past and it did not taste how it normally does.

The hostess was sitting down a couple booths away from us and was not really doing much. The manager was talking with them about their gift card promotion and she was kinda arguing with the manager about when to give a $5 gift card.

Our server asked her if she was on break a couple of times and he was trying to get her to help with the people at the door and setting up a large party. Her behavior was unprofessional and lazy.

Despite the gross disgusting atmosphere our server was great. He was nice, helpful and attentive.

I don't think we will be going back to this location though due to how disgusting the resturant was. If the dinning area looks like it did I can only imagine the kitchen is worse.

I gave it two stars because our server was nice and attentive and the entrees were good. If I base the rating on the cleanliness of the store and the appetizer I would rate it zero stars and it was horrible and super nasty and not clean.

I placed a mobile order for pick up and I chose pick up ASAP upon arriving at the restaurant it said my food would be ready the next day at 11am which made me very confused as that’s not what I chose. I spoke to the manager and he said they would still make my order even though they were closing soon. Awesome service and good people

Easily the worst take-out wings I've had in some time.

15 boneless wings, a spoonful of sauce on most (not all), cold, and the mango habanero tasted like the sauce was a few days old.

5 tenders, given completely unsaused despite ordering BBQ. Very meh, otherwise.

The best part of the entire meal were the fries, which were also cold.

Will be taking my business elsewhere.
