The worst buffalo wild wings in the area. Line cooks and managers are lazy. Big brass management should clean house with all employees.

The vibe is great and I never have an issue with my order thankyou Tee Tee and Jim for you tremendously great service. Please be sure to thank the kitchen staff as the food came out hot and fresh in a very quick manner.

Great spot to stop in for a sporting event and UFC fights are free. Food is great alot to choose from and the fried pickles were excellent!

Absolutely worst wings I have ever had hands down in my life. Service was good nothing to complain there, I got the buffalo boneless wings for $16 and I’d be surprised if there was more than 6 grams of protein worth of chicken underneath the HEAPING, dry, stale breading, for the buffalo sauce, well it was as expected, too thick, too vinegary and too spicy. I can’t speak for the bone in wings but if there half as bad as the boneless id save your money, or drive down the road to wing stop where you ACTUALLY get your moneys worth for less money in quality big wings. But hey if your into horrible overpriced wings go ahead and have a good time. And that’s why the food gets 0 stars

the service has been so bad, my family and I would come here all the time spending $100's of dollars but now because of how many issues there are with the app and the how terrible the service/management is, I don't think I ever want to go back which really sucks because we love the food and atmosphere. Damon the manager at Roseville CA was so rude, we tried explaining the app wasn't letting us order that we kept getting an error code when trying to pay and all they could say was sorry there's nothing we can do. what kind of customer service is that? we ended up having to pay more because the stupid app wasn't working. worst service ever!!!!!!

I ordered a take out meal and there was a slight miscommunication and I asked if he could just make me the correct order and he told me that it was my fault that it incorrectly I felt disrespected and felt like I was asking for something drastic and just asked if when he gave me the correct meal it was the worst wings I’ve ever had in my life Don’t expect too much from their customer service

Staff was super friendly and the food was very good. We have had bad experiences at other Bdubbs, but this specific location is fantastic. We will be coming back.

I've been to Buffalo Wild Wings 3 times since the beginning of the year. The first time I ordered food to go and I received about 4 feathered wings with my order. I understand mistakes happen so I didn't speak up. The second time we ordered was inside for dinning. Our service and wings were great. Now for the third order I did to go again. I was concerned for the to go quality. When ordering through the phone, I politely asked if they could make sure our wings didn't have feathers this time around (and I explained our last experience). As it wasn't just one wing there were many. It seemed as if they laughed at my request at first, but then said they would make sure. Well once again we got feathered wings. Now that it seems they laughed at our request it might have been done on purpose either way I'm sticking to firewings and wingstop. Never had an issue with feathered wings at those locations.

Update*
I got my order remade and during my pickup Mario was great and made sure everything was perfect.

I also ordered a week later. A TRUE test. And no feathers! Yay!

Spacious open room with plenty of seating, including tables, a bar area, and bar tables. Numerous TVs ensure you won't miss any sporting event. The service is prompt and polite. If you're a fan of wings, this is the place to be.

Service (host) was horrible, waited for 10 mins no one around. Waitor was really kind. Food was gross, felt luke warm and stale (both wings and fries). People around us also complained and wanted their wings freshly made. Me and my kids stomach was messed up rest of the day. Don’t recommend.

Would give 0 stars if possible! Visited this location on a whim. Sunday at 1p on weekend between NFL Championship weekend and super bowl weekend. Place was very quiet almost empty. Numerous staff walking around, at least 6 different servers walking back and forth and more in the kitchen. Wife and I sat at the bar. In the 10 minutes we sat there, not one server approached and offered us menus, no bar tender present and the short balding male with glasses, that presented as a manager stood by the bar for half that time and just looked at us. I finally got up a grabbed menus off the wall behind where he was standing. No acknowledgement of our presence. Even watched one of the servers walk up to the customers sitting next to us at the bar, bro hug them and then chat them up for the last several minutes we were sitting there. We finally got up amd walked out, lost sales, but I dont think they care based on our experience. There was enough staff doing nothing that could have provided service, but they were completely disengaged.
