Horrible customer service. Very slow and they get orders wrong every time. Manage never apoogizes.

Asked for NO cheese, BK employee read it back as with cheese, I stopped him and said clearly again 'NO cheese' he said "oh ok, NO cheese". Got food (drive thru) and got home. It had cheese on it. :( the burgers were not good and looked thrown together. Usually food in the past was better. Maybe just an off night.
My TasteBuds had a taste for a milkshake. Burger King has dropped their prices. What I like about Burger King is that the shakes are served in a small container, so there is less waste. My TasteBuds were satisfied and We were able to finish it. The service was very nice.

I hate when I’m asked to pull around so that their drive through times are low. Your times are not my problem. If no one is behind me I should not be asked to pull around and wait. I shouldn’t be asked anyway. Be faster or set your times different. Extreme inconvenience for people.
So, I pull up. Order my usual combo. Except, I decide to order some cookies and a little something extra for my pup. I get home, find out I got fries instead of halvsies, no cookies, and even my dogs treat is messed up. Only thing they got right was the burger(the bun was stale) and drink for my combo. MAKE SURE TO CHECK YOUR BAG BEFORE PULLING AWAY FROM THEY WINDOW BECAUSE THEY WONT CHECK IT BEFORE HANDING IT TO YOU.

My visit here was the best of all the actual locations I've ever visited the cashier that took my order and gave me my food was top notch, at no time did I feel rushed or like I was a inconvenience to them, and the Happy BurgerKing kids meals I ordered were perfect just as ordered..Overall a great location for this visit and wish more franchise or locations would follow in this places foot steps..Thank you!!
