My visit here was the best of all the actual locations I've ever visited the cashier that took my order and gave me my food was top notch, at no time did I feel rushed or like I was a inconvenience to them, and the Happy BurgerKing kids meals I ordered were perfect just as ordered..Overall a great location for this visit and wish more franchise or locations would follow in this places foot steps..Thank you!!

I had really great customer service tonight. I went through the drive thru and I’m not sure if we forgot to ask for onion rings or if they didn’t hear us, but I went inside and asked them to fix it. The employee was so nice and fixed it right away. I had a quick chat with some customers and overall the atmosphere was just really pleasant.

I wanted to celebrate the birthday of the whopper with onion rings! I requested bbq sauce and was told I had to pay extra.Come off with the sauces!!I requested to lady return my card I will go elsewhere I elect not to pay extra and she uttered a have a great day sir in a sarcastic way! Here is the take away, she in all her might and or policy couldn’t give me sauces.Anywho, I don’t like Luke warm burgers anyway, they were so good and hot along time ago.On foothills in Roseville, Ca around 11:45amI certainly didn’t appreciate your customer service!!! LadyOhh and last time I came which was roughly 9 months ago, I had a room temperature burnerChic fillet cudos to sharing sauces

We've come here twice recently and have had positive experiences both times. The food has been hot and packed well. The staff we've interacted with for drive-thru service has been so courteous, gracious, and helpful! The customer service absolutely stands out with their friendliness and making sure that you have your order.
