Person taking order had a lot of background noise, so had trouble taking my order. It wasn't my engine noise or radio. I heard the noise inside of BK while waiting for my order to be taken. Had to place our own orders, wait quite a while while the drive thru order were completed. One order came with a smile, asked if we needed anything else (such as sauce), 2nd order was sort of tossed on counter, ABSOLUTELY NO NAPKINS GIVEN, asked for mustard which a very small amount was put in a water cup and handed to us, and when we mentioned that we would barely be able to dip our fries in it, employee turned away and commented (and YES WE HEARD) That's your problem, You...
