I live in Roseville, CA and this name is just a "front" for some dilettante's amateur website to promote a few pizzerias of which most are all out of state. Why this is still being listed, given there is no wood fired pizza business in the mentioned location for so long is a reflection, not of the joker initiating this listing, but on those publishing this listing as if it is "real".

BUYER BEWARE, he is not a stand up person. He stood us up for our daughters wedding, took our deposit and never contacted us or notified us or even explained if he was having a hard time, I had to hunt him down and he got snappy with me for wanting my $1000 deposit back. I get COVID put a damper on the food truck industry but no contact, no explanation NOTHING! The kicker is I still see this guy all over Facebook & Instagram cooking up food, even though he told us he was "out of business", so we're unsure why he can't give us our deposit back.

Joe is the Man!! We hired him for our wedding reception last month with over 160+ guests. The pizzas were absolutely delicious! Also the apple cinnamon dessert pizza was epic! He got to the venue early and pumped out pizzas til the end! Thanks again Joe! We definitely will be hiring him again!!

Fantastic business, wonderful family and epic pizza. Support small business and have the absolute best pie in town while doing so. Quality ingredients and crust that hits the spot, you know what I'm talking about. If you don't then do yourself a favor and find out. Hire them for a birthday party or business event. If you are somewhere that they happen to be, then take it as a sign that the universe loves you.

We used them for our rehearsal dinner and everything was fabulous! Pizza was super tasty, they did special gluten free pizza for our friend, and even let my nieces and nephews take pizza to go:). You must try the dessert pizza, it was incredible!! Prices are super reasonable, I highly recommend to everyone:)

This pizza was unreal. Probably one of the best pizzas around here. Joe knows his stuff when it comes to making a solid amazing pizza. His pizza sauce is the best pizza sauce I have ever had. Plus its wood fired pizza...what's better than that? You wont be disappointed with the pizza. The only thing that I hated was not being able to try different kinds of pizza. Burning Oak Wood Fired Pizza is the best around! Not only does it taste delicious, but you can actually watch them hand make your pizza before your very eyes. I think that's pretty cool. We used Burning Oak's services for our open house event at school, and everyone was well pleased. Joe was very accommodating and I would recommend him for your next catering event!
