This is an amazing place!
We have bought membership for my family and my kids, but apparently I was told at the front desk that the manager has chose to keep the rest rooms closed forever. How do they expect us parents to deal with potty training kids who need to use restrooms ? The manager must make a note of this , and get staff for cleaning the restrooms if cleaning if a problem!

This was such a cute play area my child loved it. They carge extra for parent to go in $20 for child are parents. It’s extremely dirty I was a little surprised for being an indoor area and no shoes in the play are it was filthy and very clearly not being cleaned.

Should be a 1 star. They don’t let you use the bathroom. How in the world, am I going to pack up and run to the restroom in the middle of play time. Every parent knows that’s a terrible idea. Also, I know the staff use it. So, because of that I probably won’t be back unless I bring my wife. Also, makes it pointless to come here alone.
Kids love playing here but the last few times have been told we can’t use the restroom. My 5yo needs to go I have to pack both kids up and take them down the mall and wait in a line at the bathroom and then come back to play. I pay for the time and then I have to spend at least 20 minutes of the time going to a bathroom down the mall. The first time it happened I was told by one of the staff members the bathroom was out of service but after the next few times I realized it’s a new policy. Really poor customer experience now. Don’t want to spend the money here the next time my kids ask, I’d rather pay for Wacky Tacky.
Gone down hill like everywhere else. Charging $2 more for entry then they have no restroom all the sudden. Don’t let me forget last time I was here in the mall one they almost let a kid walk out into the mall without his parents, and if I hadn’t stopped that kid who knows where he would’ve went. Save yourself trouble don’t go to the Roseville one.

Dirty, don’t waste your money. Went this weekend and my son has now caught a stomach bug. This was the only place we went this weekend. Toys are run down, place does not look like it has been cleaned in months. I will never go back!

We are from the Bay Area and came to visit my MIL in Roseville. It was a 110 degree day and we needed to get out of the house so my 3.5 year old daughter could burn some energy. We discovered Busy Kids in the Galleria and it was a great way for me and my toddler to kill some time in a quiet and clean space while Mom and MIL shopped. My daughter loved it. We will be going back here anytime it’s too hot to play outside.

Ad is misleading. Says up to 10 years old. The place seems excellent for toddlers. Brought a 6 and a 7-year-old and they had no interest.

We've only been here twice but my two kids have an amazing time! I liked it so much after the first day that we committed to a 3-month summer membership! The staff are all friendly and I do feel like it is clean. I adore that they let you bring in homemade food for your own kids and water, and there is a water refill station. They even had a phone charger for me to use when my phone died! This place is the real deal ❤️
Leaving the gate open and letting kids run into the mall.

I took my daughter into this play center and, she seemed to have fun but I agree with other posts that the place is dirty. Specifically on the stairs up to the ball pit, and the floors and crevices are in serious need of being vacuumed. On the upside there are a lot of fun things for little kids to play with. My daughter especially enjoyed the Carousel and the slide into the ball pit. Many of the activity centers need new toys to be replenished, I was disappointed with the emptiness of several toy features, considering how much you pay to get in and play. One other suggestion that could make a large Improvement is to add a second bathroom. There was only one restroom for the entire facility, and there was a long line to get into it.

Brought my daughter here for the first time today. The woman who greeted us was very nice and welcoming; however, I was taken aback immediately by how dirty the floors looked, there were people walking on the floor barefoot, and the play structures as well as toys looked and smelled a bit dirty/used. I wasn’t comfortable with having my daughter crawling on the floor. I do not think I will be returning to this location.
Fun and wholesome place
