I was very pleased with one of the representatives named KIRSTEN..she approached me and asked if I needed help but I'm sure she wasn't expecting to assist me in my frantic behavior. She calmly sat me at one of their tables and went to work. Her fingers got to typing notes onto the Capitol One site and clearly communicated my issues with the online staff. Before I knew it, I was being helped at the ATM and all was resolved. She put all my stress at ease and portrayed a caring demeanor that I'm most grateful for. Thank you Kirsten! Your an asset to Capitol One??

Thank you Manager BRANDON for threatening security on me for not throwing my own cup away. A happy 1.5 hour sit went sideways because when I went to went back to register for a possible refill (to buy- they don’t offer), I had no objections and accepted it, left cup on their side of the counter near trash and kindly asked if he could toss before moving away. He immediately responded, ‘actually I cannot’, kinda catching me off guard, and like a dummy I almost moved to obey, before I came to senses and sortove mildy scoffed a smh laugh, telling him ‘ok man well I’m not ganna go toss that for you when it’s right there near your trash’. He immediately responds w/ ‘Ok I’ll call security’. Like bro- WHAT. Lol. Our little hostile interaction to the side after went nowhere, as I level headed reiterated what I just typed. Brandon instead thought it was best to smile through the whole thing like a hostile weirdo, until I even ended by saying ‘ok Mr smiley. It’s amusing I guess’.Brandon you suck at customer service, and workers like you who can’t wait to say no/ challenge guests who just tipped you before hand (for SERvice ironically) deserve an honest review left. I had such a fine happy sit for almost 2 hrs before this guys lol.

When I knew Capital One Cafe opened in Roseville Galleria a couple of months ago. I went to try them out. I ordered a cup of the cappuccino. It has the 8 oz size only. It tasted pretty good. The young lady who works there was very polite. I loved the design of the cafe. All the seating area seems to have their own little sections. Some sections are in a little room completely private. You can relax with your friends or by yourself. This is a lovely cafe in a bustling shopping mall.Wheelchair accessibility: The cafe is easy to access with a wheelchair

Absolutely fantastic experience at Capital One Café in Roseville Galleria mall! Currently in a meeting enjoying the well-designed space with mini offices, lounges, and corporate-style seating. Airy and comfortable atmosphere with convenient amenities like an ATM and treats at the coffee bar. The full-service coffee bar adds to the charm, and the friendly, non-pushy Capital One employees are ready to assist with any questions. A wonderful environment that deserves five stars all the way!

I really want this to be the future of banking. It's so much more convenient and is at least attempting to function as a third place. I much prefer it over walking into a traditional bank branch. The staff are also really kind and easy going, and banks are usually so hit or miss in this regard. Plus, spots to work/study, delicious coffee and snacks, cozy couches. It's great. I just wish it wasn't inside the mall as I typically avoid them like the plague. I hope these become more common.

we were looking for a spot to grab coffee while doing some late night shopping and stumbled upon the capital one cafe -- thank goodness we did! what a little gem this place is. they have great drink options and TONS of food options to choose from (a definite step up from starbucks choices). plus if you're a capital one card member, you get 50% off! i repeat you get FIFTY PERCENT OFF. such a great perk for being a cardholder. i loved that they use verve coffee too (shout out to the 831)! there's also tons of seating if you need to get some work done or cozy up with a good book. HIGHLY recommend this coffee shop if you're looking for a little kick while running errands at the mall!

Relaxing at the Capital One Cafe? And it's free for everyone? Now that's a capital idea! Wish it wasn't so crowded though so I can find a seat. But the folks are friendly and the basic financial talks they give are super helpful for the casual visitor. Great online bank too! Always paid a good rate even when it was previously ING Direct in the early 2000s. There's an ATM here along with a cafe, hence the cafe in its name. ?

I came here today before coming to work for my orientation. I needed some coffee to keep me going through the day. I came in in right away. The gentleman working at the door, smiled and welcome to me, and I said thank you and came in. They have a smaller selection of drinks not a large selection like Nordstrom's or Starbucks or Pete's coffee today I decided to get the 12 ounce vanilla latte and I wasn't aware that there was a $.75 charge. No big deal but the employee should let you know that there is a charge for the vanilla. The staff working was awesome. My drink was amazing very good. This establishment is very cute. Very comfortable. Definitely a place where you could get comfortable and just enjoy a cup of coffee, I even had yummy delicious snacks available if I wouldn't of had to go to orientation I would've grabbed a snack but I was able to enjoy it my beverage that was awesome. I definitely want to try next time the lavender honey latte I heard it's really good. I will have to try it next time. I come in to work. This is definitely a great establishment. Definitely very comfortable, very friendly staff delicious drinks. They also have smaller drinks and they're ice drinks have different sizes. I think the largest one is 16 ounces I highly recommend this establishment for anybody who has a love a coffee like myself they have more than just a Coffee they have teas and much more. I have been here multiple times and always receive excellent accommodations and attentiveness from staff.Attention to detail and cleanliness at this location is great.
