I came in and ordered a western angus burger. They gave me the wrong burger. I was the only one in the restaurant, so I don’t know how they messed my order up. The shake was liquid. So they’re advertised “hand scooped” shakes are b.s. I asked one the girls for help with their app, but she said she couldn’t answer any questions because she was on break. Even tho she was taking my order. But another employee came in with her puppy on her day off and she decided to go pet the puppy and take a break instead of finishing my order. I’ll never go there again. I think I’ll stick to the one in Sacramento location. Terrible service.

James was the guy that took my order, I was asking him to scan my code for the “Appy Hour” that is advertised in the Carl’s Jr Mobile App. He told me to mobile order and was very condescending talking to me like I was stupid. I mobile ordered and the order came to full price instead of getting the discount that he said would happen when we got to the window.

First time eating at this Carl’s Jr. didn’t expect much because fast food restaurants are just horrible nowadays, but this wasn’t bad my sandwich was good and put together well. My fries were good not overly salted. I have to say it was my best experience with a fast food restaurant and quite some time.

Very disappointed in my recent visit to Carl’s Jr on Foothills Blvd. They were clearly busier than they could handle. Seemed like there were only 2 people there. One handling all the orders and the other cooking. I spent $59, and when I got home, the order was wrong. We got a burger we didn’t order, and one of the special orders (no sauce) was mixed up with one of the other orders and was wrong. All the food was cold. If I spend nearly $60 on a meal I at least except it to be correct. By the time we got home it was pointless to go back.

Just moved to the area and this was my first time at this location and I am disappointed. Went through the drive thru and ordered two meals: the new teriyaki burger and a big angus big Carl, also ordered 2 cookies. When we got home the big Carl had no toppings, just cheese meat and bun and the cookies were missing. The order was pretty expensive, almost $36, and it took a long time. We had to pull to the front and wait for our order to be brought to us. The teriyaki burger was good tho.

Was super excited to grab a late night meal after working a 12 hour shift. Decided to stop by at Carl's Jr I ordered their new teriyaki burger looked very appealing and appetizing on the menu. Waited over 25 minutes just to get two burgers the drive thru was not busy at all only one car ahead of me at the window one behind me. The lady took my payment left and brought me the food didn't put any napkins no receipt no sauce just said "have a goodnight" and shuts the window and leaves she seemed like she didn’t wanna be there. I get home just to eat a bun that is burnt to the crisp not even edible I was super bummed out about that. My question is you're putting sauce on the burger and you know the bun is burnt to hell why not just make a new bun? Nope I guess laziness took its toll on that one, the fact I spent 10$ just to get an inedible burger is ridiculous do better!

I don't know what's with this particular Carl's Jr. You asked for the lowest price cheeseburger, then they try to dupe you and charge you a $10.00 single burger. Even though they do have a 3.99 burger available, this Happened twice. When you bring this to their attention, they then direct you to park around the side to wait for your order (out of spite)? They also verbally tell you the cost of your order at the ordering speaker, then raise the cost a few bucks at the window when you pick up. Avoid this Carl's Jr. something "scamming" is going on.
