He actually looked at us when he spoke, listened, and treated us like real people something that stood out so much, especially after the AI ordering system completely messed up our order earlier.

This was an AI assisted drive thru and it was not a great experience. AI could not get the order right so I had to wait for a team member. When I got to the window, the order was what AI captured and not what the ream member captured so I had to wait at the window for them the to cook the correct order. The food was ok but not worth going through this experience again.

This review is all about the AI ordering system at the drive-through when you get a human they do the correct thing and get you your order faster than AI. Can they do a better job at actually getting the exact details of your order AI keeps repeating and asking again and again what you want even after you give it a very precise, easy order. The AI should be removed and human should be reinstated for this because this is called fast food not robot food. It takes longer to get through ordering with the AI robot than a human person which then takes longer to get your food and takes away the actual fast food aspect if I’m gonna spend money ordering fast food with how expensive it’s gotten, I would rather have a human touch than a solar lifeless AI robot taking an order that can’t even get it, right

Do all my shopping at the drive thru and the employees R always very helpful and informative when asking questions. Best spicy chicken lettuce wrap, mayo with extra onions. Worse thing is they charge extra for jalapeños on a spicy chicken sandwich.

Passed by here earlier this afternoon. The service was good. I don't go to Carl's Jr that much now, I rarely go. I had the opportunity of going here today. When I walked inside, I didn't see any customers. I used three coupons for My order, they were six chicken stars, single Western Bacon Cheeseburger, and a Five piece Chicken Tender Small Combo with Small fries and a Small drink.
