You know in this industry, I feel customer service is a lost art, especially in the fast food industry and I have nothing but great things to say about Rick the shift leader at the Carl’s Jr. in Lincoln California. This guy is an absolute professional and how customer service should be I operate a multimillion dollar company And if my associates put in a quarter of the effort he did with taking my order a fast food restaurant would be a lot more successful great employee great customer service kudos Rick.

Today I got exceptional customer service from your employee Javier. If he's not already a manager he should be. Or deserves a raise. I frequent many fastfood locations as a delivery driver all over Northern California and he showed me today that outstanding customer service still exists.
The dude who serviced us was super quiet and didn’t care. There was no sauce on my burger and it WAS DRYER THAN THE SAHARA DESERT.

Pretty solid Carl’s Jr. I think I’ve only got the western bacon cheeseburger for an entree from Carl’s. Jrs. But still pretty good place. Affordable and tasty. Serve was ok and seemed kinda dead inside but still love coming here
