Went into lobby to order since we couldn't use drive through due to having a horse trailer. We were kicked out for not wearing mask even though we had a face covering on. Employee was rude and unwilling to accommodate us.

The food is always good at Carl's jr., but they very very disorganized and we had a large order for my crew and they left off some items. Once I was back at the job site I cannot drive back. Sell myself and one of my managers did not have lunch that day. When I looked at the receipts both of the missing items were paid for! The only reason I gave two stars is because the food is good but I don't think I'll return to Carl's Junior for quite a while.

Terrible customer service. Went through the drive through for a medium coffee and a water. They wanted $6.50 when the iced coffee on the menu is $2.79.... why would you charge customers for water? Beyond that when I mentioned my confusion the staff was extremely rude. And no one answers the store phone. It just continually rings every time I try to call and voice my concerns. I will never be back to this location. If I could give it negative stars I would.

Just broke my finger and stopped on the way for a bacon westerner before the ER. And I realized something. The order was $19.20 and I only had $15... but she was chill and let it slide on the low and she threw in an extra bbq sauce and winked at me for free without me even asking! I was jumpin out the gym when I got my food quick quick...burger was aight and could only eat with 1 hand so.

The food is fine...it's fast food. This review is mainly because they often overcharge the customer and you if you order a bunch of items you probably won't notice. I went through the drive thru today, and ordered the #16 All Star meal, which on the menu board is listed for $5...then when I go to pay, they say the total is $5.90. The employee says that the meal is $5.50 + tax. Can I afford the extra .50 cents? Yes. But, this isn't the first time this has happened to me at this particular location. So - either the business owner is shady and overcharging their customers, or it's poor management. Either way, it isn't good business.

I went there the other day after riding my bike to Folsom lake and back. I was desperate for water, and they charged me $3 per water! I will not be returning to this location.

I normally would write a review for a fast food joint but their employees killed it tonight, my meals looked like they were from a commercial. Keep up the good work guys

I keep going back hoping that it will improve, alas not yet. I remember getting a BIG country breakfast burrito and it was pretty ginormous. I got one today and it was flat and had hardly any egg in it. I just don't get it. If I go to the Carl's on Sierra College the food is almost always how it should be and what is expected. I try to patronize local businesses as I am also a local business but its beginning to become trouble that its worth and they don't seem to care if you are a happy customer or not. It's too bad. They are in a great location with a great customer base and they are leeting us down.
