Had a large Catering order for a birthday, we got 4lbs cooked adobado, 3lbs cooked chicken, 3lbs cooked carne asada, 1 tray of beans, 1 tray of rice and all the salsas. It was a HIT, all I had to do was heat up tortillas with melted Oaxacan cheese on the black stone and then everyone self served the cooked meat. Flavors were great and I’m very glad we decided to go with this place, thank you again! :)

Food here is OKAY, not the best I've had. I ordered the Biria tacos ($2.50/ea) and they tasted about as much as they were worth in my opinion. The prices are considerably great compared to most other places but if you plan on ordering anything, make sure your Spanish is up to par because that's all they speak here.

This might be my favorite find in Roseville. A homey market with a delicious hot bar is hands down the best In the area. The owner the kindest woman ever and is incredibly accommodating. She will quite literally make anything appear that you ask for. If it’s not in their case, they’ll get it from the back. If you need ground meat, they’ll do it fresh for you on the spot. Don’t get me started on their hot bar and kitchen menu. THE. BEST. You can’t go wrong with anything from here. Carniceria Hernandez has become a weekly tradition of mine and I look forward to coming back every time. Shop small and support this local business!
