Food is always good, but the people working today were terrible. Insisting on a huge line using a kiosk and trying to ask for help. They were non helpful and when insisting on getting help for a question we had was using angry terms in another language. Terrible customer service . We love coming here, but that was extremely disappointing. Somebody should talk with her. (The old lady working today).
Update:after I went up there and complained. They did remake our order

When you take 40 minutes to make a small cheesesteak you are no longer a fast food joint. The sandwich barely had any meat in it. I was watching their orders screen and they seriously need to update their systems. So confusing giving the guy at the grill information about drinks and sides with the order. The assembler probably needed a break badly bc she was messing most ppl’s orders. I asked for ranch on my sandwich and there was no ranch. I went back to ask for a side of ranch and was asked to bring back the entire sandwich for her to check and squirt some ranch on. If you’re that confident about your ranch applying skills you should atleast ask sorry after making a mistake.

Where to begin...right off the bat the cashier was nice and attentive. That's where things immediately changed. The cook washed his hands and left, probably for a break. The poor cashier then had to refill napkins, finish orders and then cook. Then some lady comes from the back and very slowly start to refill the veggies, etc. She had no care about the 10 customers waiting for their orders. At one point she even told all customers to use the kiosk instead of just helping them. My simple order of 1 cheesesteak and fries took over 20 minutes and was even jumped by 2 other orders. Very frustrating. Then to top it off, I asked for a side of BBQ sauce (which was already part of the order) and she told me "its an extra $.75 and you should have asked the cashier for it". To top it all off, they gave me a lid that was faulty and said "just hold the lid on top".
Please don't eat here. It's a frustrating experience and our 2nd frustrating experience in 2 months.

The worst place ever to go eat at in Galleria Mall in Roseville, CA. I ordered a philly cheese steak with extra mushrooms, and they gave me my order with NONE of the mushrooms. I asked cashier Estela where are my mushrooms? And her barely speaking any english, just said "you want more mushroom"? I said i ordered extra and you made my sandwich with none at all. And she kept saying no it's there, when i opened my sandwich and showed her there were none at all. They never made me a new sandwich with the mushrooms nor did i get a refund. Avoid this place at all costs!

Wow. Absolutely horrible customer service. After placing my order the worker gave me my lemonade and I took a seat to wait. After about 30 minutes of waiting, sipping on my lemonade and watching people order, and get their food I went to the counter and asked how much longer it would be. After searching through all the old orders, they finally determined that somehow my order was skipped, and they said it would be another 5 minutes for the food to be made. I told the lady that I would like to just get a refund because I had 4 kids with me and they were extremely restless. At first she refused but after some back and forth she finally agreed to the refund, but said I would need to pay for the lemonade because I had already started drinking it. Really!? Lady didn’t even apologize for having me wait for so long. Just a bad attitude because I wanted a refund.

Ordered a cheesesteak, paid for a cheesesteak, got a cheesesteak with things on it that wasn't on the menu. Would not eat here again because of that fact. If you're going to label ingredients on the sandwich, put just those ingredients and not what isn't.

The automated order was broken, and not labeled as such. After processing my $18 order, a screen said my order was approved and sent to the kitchen. It then said there was a problem and I had to contact the staff. I was then told I had to pay again although my bank had already been charged. I tried explaining to them my bank was charged and they didn’t understand or didn’t care and expected me to pay again ($36) total for a cheesesteak. This may have been a simple accident, or it may have been a deliberate con. They didn’t care the receipt showed I paid or that my bank account showed I paid. Their solution was to charge me again and I could cross my fingers the original charge would be refunded. This was completely unprofessional

Chicken Philly barely had any chicken. The staff working weren’t too friendly and as I picked up my order of two chicken phillys and cheese fries the container holding the cheese fries ripped and fell on the ground. They just looked at me with a blank face.

Cheesesteak is fine, fries is crispy but little salty. Overall foods are fine, but as a fast food restaurant it’s wayyy too slow, me and my wife got there at 5 and took our order at 5:25, but food is completely served at 6:02…….. an hour wait when there’s only 3 person in front of us…..come

50/50 shot you get someone else's order. Theres been at least two times ive gotten someone else's food handed to me. This time i waited over half an hour to get fries a small sandwich and Mozzarella sticks. If they get anything wrong they give you grief about it.
I went to eat at Charlyes and I ordered by myself on the self order screen, I paid for my food and my order never went through I then talked to the manger she said she cannot issue me a refund and she cannot see my order so she made me order again on the register and pay again and told me that a refund will get back to your account from the screen in 3 hours it’s been 3 days and I have yet to get my refund. I have called the store multiple times and they never picked up. I would like my refund back.
