Bad food hella hard wings and they ain’t even give me ranch shit was nasty and I found a hair in my sandwich

Such terrible service. I was standing next to the register to place an order for at least five minutes a the employees were walking by me not saying anything. Later I asked if I can place an order and only then was I informed that I had to use the kiosk. Okay fine, I thought, maybe they’re thinking I was waiting for my food. I ordered two meal to go. When I go to pick up, they give me everything of the combo separately but not in a bag. When I asked for a bag, I was told they were out. Who runs out of bags? Imagine someone walking across the mall carrying two drinks, two fries, and two sandwiches. What a mess! They didn’t even offer a cup holder or anything for the inconvenience. What terrible service.

I had such a disgusting vile experience with the staff at this location part of the staff started eye balling us as we were ordering and talking in Spanish to the other workers about how we were ordering it with extra beef
These workers are very rude and lazy workers if you ask me i will steer CLEAR from this location

The food was mediocre at best but the experience I had really affected it I just couldn’t enjoy this meal and throw half of it away

Guys be careful when you order to go, I ordered food and I asked him to remove some ingredients which I have allergic to. And I reported that for him three times. I found all my food was full with it at home and it seems that he meant it. I would give zero star because of this dumb.

Food ok for what it is but Estela needs to be friendlier. She looks annoyed the moment you walk up. The guy making the sandwiches is doing all the work, she just stands there and looks mad for having to punch in an order. Maybe she was told she was hired to just stand around and look pretty.

Chicken Philly looked like it was prepared by a child. Fell apart as soon as I picked it up. Sandwich was dry, bland and overpriced. Fries were not fresh and we're luke warn at best. Try something else in the food court instead.

When we shop at Roseville Galleria and we get hungry, we have historically always visited Charleys in the food court. The food is still good quality. The service is ok. Quickest service is to use the self serve kiosk to order. However I am quite disappointed at the amount of steak on the cheesesteak. I ordered Extra Steak and paid extra, but it looks like the old normal amount. This will make me think twice about visiting Charleys at Roseville Galleria in the future.

Avoid, Avoid,Avoid.... The cashier machine is a store decoration. Staff are not overworked, but they clearly do not want to take food orders. There's only one kiosk to make order and this takes forever. Staff are not all that friendly either. Food is okay but too pricey for fast food. 20 bucks without tips for a steak sandwich, drink and cheese fries. I can actually pay a little more and get a meal at a decent restaurant.

The customer service was awesome the people were nice when taking our order and very helpful for our first time being there. We ordered the chicken cheesesteak by itself and we ordered the beef cheesesteak with fries. The chicken cheesesteak was better than the beef one in our opinion but they were both really good they had the peppers and onions and cheese on them. They both tasted good but the chicken was just more flavorful. The fries were nice and crispy but we were the first customers of the day so it might depend on when you order it. The only complaint is the price or it would receive a 5 star. The wait wasn’t long either they made the food pretty quick but again we were the first customers of the day. You can definitely get the same quality food from somewhere near by that’s a little less pricey, but it’s a good place to eat if you’re just grabbing a quick bit while walking around the mall.
