We love Chevys but had to wait a long time before seeing the greeter eventhough we had a reservation. Seems like they were shorthanded as it took a while before our orders were taken. Other than that everything was great.

Made a reservation on Open Table, quicky seated. Host was nice, server was very attentive, mango margarita was amazing, flautas were perfect, birria tacos were good, loved the chicken fajita salad.

This food was an insult to Mexican Food. I ordered the Birria tacos and it was mini tacos with hardly any meat, with hardly and birria compote to dip it in. It was insulting. Plus, the price was insane for what you got. The service was even worse. We got our drinks 30 mins AFTER our food, and we had to bug them about any refill we wanted several times. Our margaritas had hardly any alcohol in them. We had to remind them that we ordered those too. All in all it was a horrible experience with horrible service and horrible food. At any given time 3-4 were just standing around not doing anything, not tending to customers, just hanging out at the tortilla station. Will never come back again. Ever

Their food is good, but every time we go, we get terrible service. Either you wait forever trying to get utensils to eat, or half the food doesn't come out. And every single time, small customizations of the meal (no pico de gallo, extra cheese, sauce on side, etc.) are never correct or listened to. Its worth going for the food, but the service is awful.
