If I could give them a zero I would. I have gone here for years without any issues until lately. I am allergic to gluten, and they have always been great with handling my order and I’ve never gotten sick. Twice now, I have ordered here and not only did they not separate my order into a different bag (which they always have done), but this last time, tonight, they actually gave me TWO regular buns! So after a long day for my family, I ended up not being able to eat dinner with them, not to mention the cost. I’ve now had a similar experience at another location. I’ll be contacting their corporate office on Monday., and they very likely lost a customer for good.

They had super soggy buns, the chicken sandwiches have a well seasoned crust but they got my order wrong and added pickles which is sadly all I could taste. I will not be returning.

They forgot the Chick-fil-a sauce... spent $67 in drive thru. Immediately hit the freeway for an hour drive home, only to find that the 5 sauces requested were ketchup 😭 but the food was good and the guy who took our order was cool.
Food was cold by the time I got home in 5 mins Food tastes good tho. The young guy taking my order made the experience so much faster and he was so nice and fast.
