I love this place. I've never been disappointed.

Parking: Near hotels and a Chevron gas station. In reality it's just a neighborhood Chili's but it my neighborhood. Two šŸ‘

Kid-friendliness: Unfortunately yes, lol.

I ordered the food and takeout only 15 minutes but it take like 30 minutes more like only for like small or one item or too much time like I just I would like 20 minutes more +30 minutes. Food is good. Good service is not good. I will appeal to the storelike I asked 3Ɨ30 minutes didn’t say how much time is if they tell me like they will take like 30 minutes so I can read like like in my car or at home

I was there ten minutes and the waiter and hostess were talking away as though I didn’t exist will not return. Ultimately disappointed that the owner and manager allow such terrible behavior

We have in the past enjoyed going to this Chili's in Roseville. However our most recent meal was not so great. Most of us had a chicken dish which we all agreed was frozen chicken. Dry and no flavor. I had to get up twice to find our waiter. Not sure we will be back.

Tonight at Chili’s, I had one of the most insulting experiences ever. I’m 13 years old, I have a deep voice, and I’ve obviously gone through puberty. But instead of treating me with any respect, a server named Ezra (or something like that), who had a nose piercing and blonde hair, just assumed I was a little kid. She didn’t even bother to ask if I wanted a kids menu—she just plopped it down with crayons, like I was some toddler who couldn’t order for myself.

Seriously? What part of me—my deep voice, my phone, or my AirPods—said ā€œlittle kidā€? None of it! The fact that she didn’t even ask felt dismissive and completely unprofessional. It was like she couldn’t be bothered to see me as an actual person.

Chili’s, do better. Train your staff to treat customers with respect and stop making assumptions that embarrass people. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, and after tonight, I’m questioning if I’ll ever come back.

Saw you had replied to my review--but your reply completely ignored the issue---you changed the Chicken Sandwich--and we didn't like it anymore-Please read the entire review--My wife and I have been a fan of Chili's in Roseville for quite sometime now..the atmosphere and the service have been fairly consistent on the upper level. But unfortunately our trip last night was somewhat disappointing. We often choose the "3 for Me" menu because we have previously enjoyed the menu selections, but their has been a significant change in the Crispy Chicken Sandwich which has been our favorite go to item. The preparation and ingredients were changed and not for the better at all. It used to have a flavorful dressing, a bit on the Spicy side and the deep fried chicken filet previously had a light well seasoned coating, and was consistently juicy and flavorful. I seem to recall lettuce and pickles in the sandwich (could be in error), but in any case now it is dressed with mayonnaise or sandwich spread, and a couple of pickles. The chicken filet was very dry,.. and had a thick crust that my wife almost found unpalatable, and prompted her to ask the waitress why they changed it. She indicated it was to favor some other burger selection...if that is the case what it does in our case is possibly make us favor a different restaurant selection which is a shame because we have been long time patrons and always felt comfortable their. My wife looked it up...and it seems we are not the only ones disappointed by this change. Perhaps there will be an opportunity to go back to the old recipe...

So good! Got the fajita plate. Steak was amazing and shrimp wa s soooo good. Was enough for my aunt and I to split, and she took some home!

Not impressed. Were told it would be a 25 min wait for 3 people but hostess mistakenly seated us in a booth for 2 after 10 min! We returned to waiting bench for 20+ min before hostess sat us in a booth with food debris on the bench and splattered all over our menus. Nice waiter took our order for drinks, appetizers and dinner after a 15 min wait. A girl brought our water without the lemon we'd ordered and nearly tossed the glasses at us with an awful scowl and not a word.

We had to ask multiple servers for 1 alcoholic and 1 non alcoholic drink. Our appetizer order arrived after 15 more min and was also wrong. Our drinks still hadn't arrived. When the non alcoholic drink arrived, it was also wrong twice! After 2 more reminders, we got the alcoholic drink, which was the best part of the meal.

Not once did anyone check on our meal or offer to refill beverages. The fajitas were served without tortillas. When we tried to flag the hostess, she deliberately looked away. Overall, the food tasted good but we will not be returning.

The waiter was kind enough to remove the beverages from our bill without being asked.

Does not offer bottomless soup and salad. Bummer. Then ordered did not get served drinks and food until about 20 minutes later as other people who came in much later got beverages and appetizers before us.
