Hadn't been to Chili's in a while. Got there about 5 p.m. after watching granddaughter's softball game, it was already quite busy but the 2 of us got seated right away. We were waited on promptly and food arrived quickly.Hubby had a Chipotle Salad bowl I had a Quesadilla Explosion salad (quite large) with a generous portion of grilled chicken. Everything was very good! No room for dessert.

Good food and the wait staff was great. We were seated quickly even though it was busy. Food arrived fairly fast and the prices are moderate. Recommended.

I know chilis is by no means gourmet food but this meal was terrible. I ordered the margarita chicken and you can taste that the chicken isn’t real chicken. It tasted like microwaveable artificial chicken at subway. The rice was such a small amount. The mozzarella sticks were just too much. Everything tasted terrible. I’m not even exaggerating. The black beans were decent. I won’t be eating here ever again.

Our waitress told their manager Todd what I reported regarding the sizzling plate they had used for my food. Todd came and apologized for such and took that menu price off our tab… I was not really expecting it, I just want that plate be thrown away before another customer would experience the same way I did coz it could be deadly…. I just tipped the waiter way over the max for their attention to take care of the problem. Nothing and nobody is perfect, but listening and acting on the problem is all what matters. Still a happy customer here….
