Chipotle Mexican Grill

I ordered a veggie bowl and I was shocked at little the amounts of cheese, guacamole, and lettuce they gave me! I know Chipotle as a whole is cutting back portion sizes, but I don't think they should be skimpy if someone doesn't order any meat! If there's hardly any lettuce or cheese, it's basically all rice and beans thats left. The dusting of cheese was so small I ended up going to the grocery store to buy some to add.

Update since I've worked here... Got my free guac and decided to pull up. Welp. The manager left her "hard of hearing" coworker to help me and didn't even understand English. The ironic part is that I'm Mexican I speak Spanish she could have helped me in Spanish. Instead I got a passive aggressive manager to to try to give it to me for free when it's already way too much meat no one's going to eat it I live alone... So instead she tossed it in the trash three big scoops of meat in the trash... I will call your current Field Leader. That's not okay no matter how mad or busy you are. Step down. You obviously can't take customer service.

Same old story of chipotle workers being so insanely stingy. When I am willing to pay for a double portion of protein, a whole extra $6, I expect to actually get a full extra portion. As a business when you are asking customers to pay extra for certain items, the least you could do is give them their moneys worth. The food was lukewarm warm, and the line was dirty. I understand what its like to work that line on a busy saturday night, because I actually happened to work at chipotle for over a year, and I know there is no excuse for that kind of skimpyness and lack of cleanliness.

Disaster of a burrito, they really didn’t care and threw the ingredients all over the tortilla and counter. Wouldn’t eat at this chipotle in the future.

I've never had a bad experience at Chipotle, but at this location my quesadilla was so greasy. Every bite! And they were out of chicken. The staff was nice, but the quesadilla ruined my night.

Food was good, ordered 3 tacos through the app. They laid out all 3 tortillas and put all the taco fixings in the middle of all of it. Didn’t get a fork so I had to scoop the tacos with my fingers into each tortilla. Really lazy but the food was fine. And I tipped??? That kind of service when I tipped is crazy!

I eat at chipotle all the time and I usually don’t have any issues, but at this particular location there is an employee who is incredibly rude and should not be allowed to continue working at chipotle. She messed up my order and then argued with me about it before misgendering me and refusing to provide her name so I could report her to the manager. Please do not allow this lady to continue working at this location
