We bought 3 burrito bowls and 2 burritos. 4 with Carnitas and 1 w beef. The food server notice they don’t have enough Carnitas meat and requested more meat to be cooked. Instead of waiting for more meat she divided whatever carnitas meat is left and divided it to 2 Burritos and 2 burrito bowls. We paid over $70 and we barely had Carnitas meat.

The beef meat is tough and chewy. Bad meat!

Been hearing bad reviews on this location, and now we experienced it.

One bite into this burrito and immediately spit out a hair wad. Absolutely disgusting! Went back to get a refund & staff was very apologetic and accommodating.

My family and I went to this chipotle location last week for dinner. We ordered 2 bowls and a burrito. The rice and beans were incredibly over salted, to the point it was inedible. I asked the workers to taste the beans (which at the time I thought was the only thing over salted). They agreed that it was too salty. But they left the food right there to be given to others, even after acknowledging the fact that it was super salty, instead of removing it. They were kind enough to offer to remake my bowls with pinto beans instead of the salty black beans, which was nice. We took the re-made bowls home to eat and realized that the brown rice was also very over salted. Unfortunately it all ended up being wasted because it was just that salty. So sad.

I went to this location because there was a fundraiser for our high school band. As soon as I walked in, they were ready to help! They were smiling energetic and very friendly.I asked a question about a new menu.Item and they gave me a sample...
The chipotle honey chicken is delicious! I had it in a bowl which is a lot of food... but it was really good.
The only reason they didn't get five stars for food was because I ended up getting chips and queso, but the chips were stale. That's not been the typical case for me. It happens.
I would definitely go back.

Ordered a salad on the app, forgot the vinaigrette and when I got home and opened my container there was barely any lettuce. Why would I order a salad if I didnt want the lettuce? I choose this due to the fact Im a type one diabetic and can't eat a lot of rice.

wow no wonder this place is going out of business. first of all the rats in the back kept staring at me and i mean literal rats. they were running around like little kids at a park. then i went and ordered a bowl which had about 2 tiny pieces of chicken and 90% lettuce and rice. the rice wasnt even separated it was just clunks of rice, very unprofessional. not sure why half of my bowl was empty either very disappointed. the food wasnt that bad but i ate it up in about 2 bites.

I ordered 2 bowls. One with carnitas and one with the new honey chicken. Everything was great and tasted good. Service was great. The reason that I am so disappointed is that my chicken bowl had literally no more than 5 little scattered pieces of chicken throughout it and it was delicious so i searched and search for more throughout the bowl. For the price of the bowl, i truly expected just a little bit more.

Horrible experience, girls were very rude and workers on their phone, would not come again. Definitely mean girl energy, it’s worth the drive to go to another location.
