Manager Kelly was very rude, doesn’t know how to deal with customers at all, I go to this location atleast twice a week or more, never happened this before. She just ruined my day and appetite.
I ordered three bowls from this place and all three combined might make one full bowl. Do not go to this place and don’t order through the app they’ll steal your money and give you little bowls

I live across the street so I order at the very least 2x per week. When the manager is there, everything is perfect. When he’s not, service tanks tremendously; enough for me to write a review.
I’ve given this location the benefit of the doubt for a couple years, but with the amount of business I’ve brought them, it’s time. The attitude the employees hold is unacceptable. If my wife gets off a 12 hour shift from the hospital to pickup our order and asks for an extra side of salsa, the answer should unquestionably be “of course.” Instead, I hear about the subsequent eyerolls and rudeness of employees when asked to fulfill a request from a recurring customer. A customer who orders the same mobile order week after week with an hour and a half notice before pickup time. This is not a one off either, it happens time and time and time again. I’ve been optimistic it’d change over the last 2 years, but it’s a constant reoccurrence.
I love chipotle and the food quality is great @ this location, albeit portion size is questionable. I simply cannot stand the attitude of the employees @ 3988 Douglas Blvd. Also, triple check your mobile orders so I don’t have to drive over to correct your mistakes to bet met with another eyeroll.
Thank you.

Quality always good. Service depends upon the day - often as not it's obvious that staff would rather be somewhere else.

I want to share my frustration with Chipotle's rewards point system to make others aware of its limitations.
I recently visited Chipotle to purchase a burrito. I had enough points for two rewards: double protein and a free drink. At the counter, I informed the staff that I intended to use my points for both. However, I was told that only one reward can be redeemed per transaction.
My question is: where is this policy clearly stated? If I’ve earned the points, what’s the purpose of accumulating them if I’m unable to use them as intended? I even offered to split my order into two transactions to use my points separately, but I was told I would still need to pay for the drink because they couldn’t honor that request.
This isn’t the first time I’ve encountered this issue, and it’s incredibly disappointing. As a regular customer, I expect a rewards system to provide value—not to create unnecessary restrictions or confusion.
Chipotle really needs to improve transparency about its rewards program and reconsider how points can be redeemed. For customers who consistently support the brand, it feels unfair to face such limitations on a program meant to reward loyalty.

Terrible last few experiences. Incorrect orders lead to comped meal(s) which they then stopped keeping track of so we lost out of what we were owed. Went in to speak with the manager (Kevin) and was told he'll be in tomorrow. Trying to call into the store and speaking with someone locally is near impossible as its a bot just trying to connect you to a phone center.

I need to speak with at the very least a store manager but would rather speak to a regional manager. It is regarding my recent visit and the health violation my husband and witnessed.

I ordered a burrito and it came out being around 16 dollars. Fair. Paid 2 bucks for steak but they barely added ANY steak in the burrito. 80% of it was just rice. I wouldn’t pay 2 bucks extra just for 4 bite sized pieces of steak.

Ordered from their takeout catering menu. All was ready when I cam to pick up. Couldn't give it 5 stars because they wouldn't let me add the purchase to my Chipotle rewards to get my points after it had to be paid online. Portions were skimpy and not enough for the amount of people we ordered for.

I had the wettest burrito I've ever had, without ordering a wet burrito. I had to get back in line because my child's kids meal was missing the chicken it was supposed to come with. The staff seemed to be very bothered by my asking for the chicken I paid for, but they gave it to me. And then later at home, I had the worst heartburn from that awful burrito. What a waste of money.

The burrito wrap was bad and blew open when I opened the foil. Got it fixed with another tortilla. The place was packed with people hanging out after church taking up space.

I’m not the biggest guy but the lady at the proteins was for sure biased. Guy I front of me got a loaded up bowl. She gave me not even a full scoop of chicken. And I asked for a little more and she said it’d be extra. Not even a half the bowl was full. That’s just laughable.
