This location is hit or miss over the past year. It’s unfortunate because it’s a perfect location with a chipotle lane. You have to go in-person as Chipotle lane is hit or miss with the portion size.

Wish they gave bigger portions. Great food, expensive.

I have come here countless times to use the drive thru and about 50 percent of the time I get about 50 percent less food.

I just left this restaurant moments ago and the Manager in Charge Letty made me feel extremely uncomfortable with her rudeness . She was yelling at the cashier who seemed to have issues with the register due to the register taking long to load and he apologized to us before that. But she had the worst attitude ever.

This location was decent for a bit then went downhill FAST. Untrained staff put in front of customers with terrible quality food in front of them. Not to mention, they’re just “out” of vegetables and guac and don’t bother saying anything until the end and then they’re rude about it. The manager should be ashamed to put a kid on the line serving food and hasn’t even been taught how to talk to customers or deal with any situations (knowing they’re out of ingredients).

I ordered a double chicken burrito bowl I legit got less than 2 oz of chicken. At this point just put my chicken into the small salsa container and I would get more food.

I usually stop in at this location but I burned dinner last night and it was non-repairable, so I submitted an order for delivery. However, the delivery portion of my order was not the problem. I ordered a honey chicken bowl with white rice, corn sals, cheese, lettuce and sour cream on the side. I received little rice, about a handful of chicken, no corn salsa, a heavy cheese but did receive my sour cream on the side.
My daughter ordered a chicken bowl and did not receive the cheese that was included with her order.
My husband ordered a steak burrito and the steak had an abnormal amount of fat pieces in it and ALL of our orders were small! And I paid $80!!!! for 2 chicken bowls and a steak burrito for delivery, i mean come on. This location is continuously disappointing and I just wish the reviews left here mattered and warranted SOME sort of change in the quality of service.

We have ordered here a couple of times and usually a hit or miss. But today I was really looking forward to nice chicken bowl after a stressful day. Come to find out how heavily salted the rice was. I couldn’t even enjoy my bowl. Way to ruin chipotle for me.
