I ordered a bowl from this Chipotle and honestly, I wish I hadn’t. When I opened it, there was barely any food inside—a sad scoop of rice and a few lonely beans. It was like they started making it and just gave up halfway through. I went to ask what happened, and the manager was incredibly rude—not just to me, but to her own team. She was barking orders, rolling her eyes, and making the whole place feel tense and uncomfortable. Nobody deserves to be treated like that, employees or customers. I left hungry, annoyed, and seriously disappointed. Definitely won’t be back.

The rice is not cooked the 3 times I have been here. It's crunchy or dry. I won't go to this location anymore. That other locations there is hot sauce readily available and this location needs work with cleanliness and staff.

This location is hit or miss over the past year. It’s unfortunate because it’s a perfect location with a chipotle lane. You have to go in-person as Chipotle lane is hit or miss with the portion size.

I just left this restaurant moments ago and the Manager in Charge Letty made me feel extremely uncomfortable with her rudeness . She was yelling at the cashier who seemed to have issues with the register due to the register taking long to load and he apologized to us before that. But she had the worst attitude ever.

This location was decent for a bit then went downhill FAST. Untrained staff put in front of customers with terrible quality food in front of them. Not to mention, they’re just “out” of vegetables and guac and don’t bother saying anything until the end and then they’re rude about it. The manager should be ashamed to put a kid on the line serving food and hasn’t even been taught how to talk to customers or deal with any situations (knowing they’re out of ingredients).
