i ordered online and went through the drive thru for a bowl and 2 side tortillas, i got the bowl that was filled for the most part, but not how much they used to fill them up to. But i never got my side tortillas and didn't check until i was home.

Quality control is not good. The service is poor. They serve burnt crumbles of meat as brisket. I asked the server why she was serving the burnt crumbs at the bottom of the pan and she just kept making the burrito. Another server came over and said all the brisket is served like that. Definitely not what was on the photo.

The chipotle here has terrible service, they were out of almost everything me and my family wanted. No white rice. No fajita veggies. No steak. Everything else tasted great, don't get me wrong but they made no effort to make more even though they weren't even near closing, it was 8 pm and they close at 11pm on a sunday. Please don't waste your time coming here.

Do not order through drive through. Portions are extremely small. They will rip you off. The staff is friendly but constantly gives small portions even when asking for double. I honestly wish chipotle can figure out how to make this location more consistent with food.

Cant say much about the food even if the food looked old. No one even acknowledged me. We waited order and no even made an effortt to say hi or even say anything. We walked oiut. Who cares if you dont have a freezer like they always show on the tv. This place has a hotwell. So they just keep there food for a long period. Its not even fresh!!!!

Every time I have ordered food online for pickup, my meal has been completely wrong without fail. I was missing the black beans entirely. I ordered extra lettuce and got maybe 3 pieces. And the bowl was only halfway filled for an order I paid the full price for. I went an hour before closing and it seems to me that employees couldn't be bothered to complete orders correctly if it meant they had to do any extra work to keep the food stocked. Employees were walking around on their phone the entire time. Truly the worst chipotle I have ever been too, such a disappointment. Won't be going here again.

I walked into the chipotle reading the reviews seeing a huge line to the door. I feared I would wait forever and the food would not be adequate. However I was quickly proven wrong as the line went by quick and I received a delicious burrito. I also noticed the person in front of me showing the worker their order and noticed in the text it said food allergy and they proceeded to clean the whole table without the guest asking before prepping the food for them. Wonderful job.

I've been ordering online for a few months now and I gave this location the benefit of the doubt the first few times. I work 12 hour shifts so I occasionally order pick up orders for convenience but the quality and portions are just ridiculous here. I don't understand why you offer online orders if the quality will be compromised. We paid you the full price and should get the same amount as if we were standing in front of you. It's upsetting honestly . I just picked up my order a few hours ago and the same thing occurred as before. Not even a full bowl at all.
