Chipotle Mexican Grill

Great food and all but the portions of like the guac container can vary and have such inconsistency from big air bubbles or very filled as well as their bowls I’d have a big bowl then the next I get is low and very less compared to the last amount of food. One thing I notice a lot is there protein spoon shake they love to shake the spoon letting a lot of the protein falling off and giving me barely a spoonful yet they love to stuff my bowl almost filling it full of rice.

Wow you come to eat dinner and they are out of steamed rice, had to wait on the roast and then to top it off had to repeat myself multiple times for the server to get my order right.
Worse service I have ever experienced

The burrito was so big they ran out of foil. Highly recommended experience definitely Coming back for more.

I visited Chipotle on Saturday to get a bowl, and while being served, I encountered a disappointing experience. The staff member serving me (a woman with short hair) responded with an attitude when I asked for vinegar sauce. Her tone came off as rude and dismissive when she said, “You should add that first.” I understand there may be procedures, but the delivery felt unnecessarily harsh and made the experience uncomfortable.

I’m sharing this because I value good customer service, and I believe respectful communication goes a long way. I was nice to her and even said sorry but she still said that,

The staff was welcoming and the food was great.

Loaded my bowl for door dash order and this is what I got… these guys are a joke and a real life scam.

Out of things all the time.

Can you guys stop jipping us? 😂

And to the auto bot that is going to reply to us, I already contacted your support team and they could only give me a BOGO coupon.

Ordering online here is a waste. Portions are small and wrapped like a 10 year old wrapped it. Do yourself a favor and just go inside if you eat here. Has been this way since they opened up and management hasn’t changed a thing

Every time I order from this location the portion sizes are much smaller than they should be. Last time I went they gave me completely the wrong item.

this location constantly forgets to add items in for delivery into bag so you get it and its not all of your food, last two orders they forgot multiple items in past two months , prior to this they did tiny portions, mini burritos

Always hits the spot, clutch when I get double chicken for the solo dolo

Would rate a zero if possible, horrible service. Was waiting in line more than 20 minutes. The workers don’t do absolutely nothing, don’t want to move and do everything very slow.

Meager portion sizes compared to other Chipotle’s in the area. Frequently out of, or low on common proteins. I advise another Chipotle.
