Disappointed :( Doordashed a bowl and it didn’t even come sealed. But the more disappointing part was that I paid for guac and they didn’t even put it on there.

One of my favorite quick healthy meal options. Although they can do better with their services. Reality is that they are often under staffed and overwhelmed during peak hours. But overall their staffs in most locations I have visited have been friendly.

I am in love with chipolte and this location serves up some of the biggest baddest burritos I've ever had. Here's a known secret, order inside every time to get maximum portions.

i order from here all the time and they ALL THE TIME EVERYTIME GET MY ORDER WRONG! the employees do not care to make the correct order ever. Today was my last day giving them my money i’m so tired of wasting money here just for you guys to continuously get my order wrong when ITS RIGHT IN YOUR FACE ON WHAT EXACLY I WANT. JUST READ THE TICKET. horrible.

I love Chipotle. Just moved to area and this is right down street from my house but won't even try it with the awful reviews. Is it really this bad here? Every time I drive by the place is deserted

I ordered a burrito bowl and was served by the manager who gave me really small portions (even a small portion of beans. I understand meat...but the BEANS?). I am not one to complain but it was so bad I told him that he was giving me smaller portions than I was used to at this location. He stated that this location has given oversized portions for too long and that is why he was hired. Well, he lost me as a customer at this location.

They add very little portion

Ridiculous. I ordered a catering order for 15 people veggie bowls and received fajitas for like 2 people. Ridiculously shorting stuff. They just gave a small sized to go box stating that’s good enough for 15 people. There is a new manger who mentioned this is a not a great performing store when I placed the order and now I know why.. In addition to the catering order I had go back and buy four bowls of just veggie fajitas to make it enough for all of us. Just a waste of time during my party.

The cleanest and nicest Chipotle I have ever been too

Our food was less than satisfactory and I couldn’t get through to talk to a human being. It was just robots. Never going here again

Ordered two drinks with chips and queso. The girl at the drive through gave us two empty cups and looked stunned when we asked if we were supposed to go in and fill them ourselves. She forgot to put soda in the cups! When we got them, one of the sodas was half empty so I ended up going in and doing it myself. I talked to the manager who looked like he didn't care about anything as he just shrugged when I mentioned that his employee looked like they were under the influence to which he replied that she was there since 6am even though they don't open till 10:45am. I guess the employees here never get breaks? Maybe it's allergy season that's causing her eyes to be bloodshot and she is just not that bright? Chips were stale. Poor management, poor food quality, terrible service. Zero stars if I could.
