The chicken in my salad bowl seemed a little undercooked, but I didn’t see any pink so figured it was just soggy from hot sauce. Normally, the chicken is never this soft, even when it’s takeout/delivery. So I would caution others as I now have food poisoning.

I usually go 5-6 times in a week at chipotle but i always have bad experience with blue oaks roseville chipotle.
Staff is so rude always , they never answer properly you ask them anything.
I ordered taco first today and they put so less quantity in everything and charged me double.
I asked why they didn't putted proper quantity and charged double for that.
The lady said thats how they make it , i explained that i am regular customer of chipotle and i never faced any issue .
Why your team is so rude always?
I requested to call their manager , the manager came and he was also so rude.
I am not the only one person , my friend also faced same issue few days back.

They need to change the staff if they have to run the business at this location i guess.

Very bad costumer service by staff , company should be change or train to this store staff including manager. Even behaviour are so rude by staff members.

Being a customer I feel insulted to visit this store.

Dietary restrictions: Each and single quality they use very low, and not paid attention of order.

Whoever rolled my burrito deserves prison time. This abhorrent creation fell apart as soon as I picked it up. Other than that though it was a damn good burrito.

I’m not sure why but at this location I’m consistently getting only half of scoop of double chicken that I’m paying overs $4 for. It’s like they are robbing the customers, because on website it clearly states that it’s 82g of protein for double chicken burrito bowl. it’s definitely not 82g grams of protein in what they are serving and charging for double protein. I deal with meats and chicken meat so I can be very close by just looking at the amount they put. Couple times I went home and I measured out if it’s really 82g grams of protein with the double chicken, and it was not even close, it was 57g of protein only. So basically this specific Chipotle has been robbing me and many other customers who order double protein. I don’t believe this robbery can be solved on the branch level, we’ll have to take further action for this Chipotle branch would stop stealing from people.

Food is good but the service is really bad I don’t recommend this place at all, I came to grab some food, I was standing there for about 5 minutes waiting to be helped, no body in front of me, I was the only customer waiting and I’m sure they saw me but they were just talking each other so I walk out. Will never come back to this place

Super disappointng to spend around $50.00 for food that was SO SALTY that it was not edible. We visited this location with more than an hour prior to closing. Sercice was slow, some items unavailable causing us to modify our order. Our order was poorly packaged as one item, the foil lid was not properly secured which resulted in it leaking through the paper bag, basically disingrating the bag making it useless. With the increase in pricing and the 20.00 per hour earned by the staff, I would expect a higher level of both product and service. This is our neighborhood location, and sadly, I cannot reccomend this location and most likely will not return.

I am not often critical of food service workers, so I'm honestly asking: how hard is it to make sure there's no cross contamination with food? Not only was the assembly line comepletely filthy, I observed every single serving of beans being placed in orders drip spoonfuls of liquid into the sofritas pan. When it came to building my order, I couldn't even ask for the employee to make sure there's no corn in my salsa before he just popped a whole spoonful of green salsa with a ton of corn. He ended up remaking my bowl, but couldn't even get a whole spoonful of salsa out of the pan without getting corn with it, and same for the sour cream and cheese. I was kinda mean about it, and for that I'm sorry - I never say anything, but thought going inside instead of ordering ahead would mean it was made right. Every single time I've been to this location, I've had pieces of things I didn't ask for in my food. I even sweared off Chipotle for a year hoping things would improve, but they have not.

Portion size was insane, and employees were mostly friendly except when I was making my feelings known about the cross contamination.
