For takeout, if you’re ordering anything double or 2X, please ensure that you order at least 2-3 bowls extra so that you can fill a single bowl by combining all of them.This location doesn’t understand the meaning of double.

Worst experience ever. The pick up was not available. Came in placed an order. They messed up on the order. Was missing the meat. Had to drive back to pick up the missing items and they started to argue that I have to pay again for their mistake. Worst experience ever.

2 people on the line and i and several others walked out from the agonizingly slow service. No reason i should wait 10 minutes when I'm the third pertain in line and the two in front of me have simple orders. He finished her order walked to put new gloves then walked to the back. Another worker came to the line put new gloves on didn't acknowledge me at all and started slowly filling the station.

I order take out almost every week from here and every single time I get HALF A BOWL and some items are missing. Why would I pay $32 for a HALF A BOWL. I have complained several times and the the only thing I get is that “Your Feedback will be taken into consideration.”It’s been almost one year and three months and I guess they are still taking my feedback into consideration. I guess at this point we should just all forget about chipotle , the two photos were taken this week 3rd week of February 2024

Never order online or through the chipotelane pickup. Always walk in and order so you can watch and see your order is correct. Drive thru would be nice but the order is almost always wrong so save your time and trouble. I would love for the drive thru to be successful but can guarantee your order will be wrong and when you contact the customer service they send you to the generic link

Asked for a burrito, some kid put the tortilla into the heater for not even a second and threw it onto the foil and missed and it was all clumped. they had no white rice, barely any brown rice. the steak was cold, tortilla was cold, they ran out of corn, portion size was less than a cup. workers seem untrained and unorganized. someone train them please.Sunrise is better.

The proportions vary greatly. If you order online you will get less food then if you walk in. They seem to always be out of something. Last week it was sour cream this week it was vegetable. Its literally 1:30 and she said no we dont have any vegetables. Its mid day! How are you not going to keep stock of your produce enough to have vegetables in the middle of the day. They are also rude. No apologies, they just wait until you are half done with your order to tell you they are out of a prime ingredient.Do better

Terrible Chipotle location. Run by high schoolers. We ordered online to pick up through the drive thru and our chicken bowls were half full, the lettuce was going bad and wilted, and there are like 1.5 pieces of chicken in the whole bowl. Do not waste your time or money here.

Only one gal there was friendly. Sadly, we got passed off to a loud mouth that couldn't have cared less to make the food correctly. I got about 2 tablespoons of meat and one cup of frozen solid corn on my burrito bowl. The chips were stale, and when I went to exchange them, the gal at the register acted like a rude valley girl who was being disturbed as she rolled her eyes, didn't speak to me and reluctantly handed me another bag. There are no adults in there to manage, and the term "winging it" is an understatement. $41.00 for garbage!

Consistently the worst chipotle in the city, review hasn't changed. I go to the one further away because they always have vinaigrette, staff is friendly and it isn't the utter disappointment that this location happens to be. **Consistent customer of over 10 years, I LOVE chipotle

By and large the single most disappointing chipotle i've ever been to. The entire food line is dirty. They didn't have anything in stock at 9pm which is 2 hours from closing; they were so "ready to go home" they didn't give a s^%# about doing anything except shuttling people out the door as quickly as possible. Literally were "closing" well in advance. Run by kids who were all interested in leaving ASAP. Rice literally was white rice with no seasoning. Entire bowl tasted like sour cream. Chicken was just as poorly tended to. On top of that they barely gave you any portions.. looked like half a scoop or rice. A quarter scoop of beans. It's absolutely shameful. Do yourself a favor and HARD pass at this location. What a god damn shame. They've set the new standard for ass food.

This is the world Chipotle I have ever been to. The lady working the food station would put a guacamole cup size amount of rice and even less meat all in all 1/5 worst Chipotle.
