I wanted to give a shout out to Xavier and a young lady which unfortunately did not get her name. They were amazing at my visit last Sunday. They handled my son’s birthday party so well. They were kind, attentive, and made sure we had everything needed as well as anticipated our needs. Honestly they should get a raise and/or a promotion. There is so much going on but they always treated us like we were the only people there. Thank you!!!

Yesterday was my sons birthday and I had put a down payment on his party. Things happened and that caused the reservation to be cancelled. I kind of figured as people tend to not communicate and just not show up... But we spoke with the lovely manager (and staff were awesome too!) about the situation and they were so, so kind to let us keep the reservation despite the numbers not being met for the party as I just went ahead and paid for game cards and food separately. Whatever it took to make my sons night. Thank you so, so much! We all had a great time and my son cant wait to come back. I appreciate your understanding and patience with the children and parents. This environment can be overwhelming but staff handle it professionally. Great service!

The Chuck E. Cheese in Roseville is great. Awesome customer service and above all very clean compare to the one in Citrus Heigth. Although I live closer to Citrus Heigth, by about 20min, compare to Roseville. I much rather go to the one in Roseville because of its cleanliness.
We recently had our daughters birthday at this Chuck E Cheese and everything went super well! I highly recommend this Chuck E Cheese for a kids birthday party. Price is very reasonable, staff are courteous and helpful!

A total disappointment. Machines don't give tickets. And the mini little jungle gym costs $15! There is no sign that Saya it's costs $ so any little kid gets yelled at if they enter. You are also forced to wear their purchased socks!! You are way better off going to McDonald's or chick-fil-a.
