I usually love Cinnabon but this visit was a huge letdown. The rolls tasted old and barely warm, like they’d been sitting out for hours. The icing was so thin it just ran off and didn’t add any flavor. On top of that the service felt rushed and uninterested even though the place wasn’t busy. For the price you expect something fresh and delicious but this was honestly disappointing. I won’t be coming back to this location anytime soon.

The employee jasmine was rude and dismissive I was waiting in line to be called up. And when she called me up she looked annoyed as if I was causing her issues when I asked her questions about which one was the mini’s she corrected me with a snarky tone and said they weren’t minis but bonbites. I understand the correction but I didn’t appreciate the attitude. Won’t be returning don’t recommend this spot rude staff.

Horrible customer service. I also work I. The cashier “Katherine” really needs a crash course on customer service. I simply asked, and paid for whatever only to receive the nastiest attitude in return. I calmly let her know she could keep the waters and the money that was paid for them. Her attitude is enough to push away any customer.

came on saturday 10/18 there was a long line employees were making small talk slowing down the process of taking orders. the roll was raw and 7$ save your money and go somewhere else

classic was raw inside i went to talk to the employee about it and they said people think there raw but its just gooey ive had cinnamon rolls in france and these were raw trust me i know. dont go here unless you want a raw overpriced cinnamon roll.

katherine was dismissive and made my drink with ice when i specifically asked her not too. i asked for no ice and she said the mochalatta chill comes with ice i said it cant be that hard to remove the ice but it became an issue so i just had to leave. its astounding these people have jobs.

1 star because you have to select other, then zero on the card reader to not give a tip.
You don't get a tip for simply doing your job.
Not to mention the tip option starts off at 30%. Seriously?

I took my friend for Mother's shopping and she wanted Cinnabon soooo bad, Lol. Unfortunately they have nothing Vegan. Nothing!! But it was her day and she loved it.

These are the most delicious rolls in the world. Sinnabon taste is divine! But the coffee is terrible, very sour. I also ordered Freshly Brewed Coffee, but ice was poured into coffee. Well done guys, just made me a new coffee. In any case, this is my favorite bakery!

Was told by management that they no longer do the 10% AARP discount. Even when I pulled it up on the website they still refused to do anything about it. Love the food severely disappointed in the service

I’ll say the rolls were delightful as usual and so creamy in its sugary richness BUT, the fact that it cost nearly $9 for a roll is a bit shy of ridiculous, makes me not want to come as often since most can’t afford to splurge like that as often
