The Indian lady working here always gips us.I think they’re the owners? Ordered a pint, got home, there’s SO much empty space… we order a FULL PINT expecting it to be an actual pint! This location always does this?? Why? We don’t be back.
Friendly staff
You guys will lose Cold Stone the way you guys treat customers. Stood in line for 20min as a guy made 5 ice creams for to-go order. No eye contact, no care, no attention for the customers standing right in front of him. Very rude!!

The workers all have loooong hair and are preparing food. The place seems dirty.

I placed a curbside pickup on the Coldstone app and when I arrived it said that I had already picked up which was not true. I waited it out for another 10 minutes and still nothing. I then called the store 3 times to have someone finally pick up the phone and was not only told that someone picked it up, she then realized that it was still there but then said to wait 5 more minutes. Absolutely terrible service.

Service was terrible, as we walked in the purple hair girl named jenllynn, had a mean expression on her face like she was annoyed that we even walked in. I ordered a shake, and she rolled her eyes walking to the back. Not one smile, not one hi/hello to us or any of the other customers after us.
