Ice cream is always good but service is poor!!! I went to avail of the BOGO but the server said she didn’t hear it so I paid the full price instead. The family behind us had to leave since service was too slow, only one girl doing everything. This is my experience every time I visit this place.

I've had Cold Stone at other locations and love it. This location was not the cleanest. Even noticed some flies sitting on the cones. The ice cream was not blended well with the ingredients. Overall, I would not go back to this particular Cold Stone location.

I'd give 0 stars if I could. It was busy in there and we handed the guy our card over the counter, he ran the card and walked it back asking if we needed a receipt and we said it was no problem. When we looked at the posted charge 2 days later, it was a $518 charge. We ordered 2 "love it's" and 1 "like it." I would not have considered writing a review on how nasty the place was until we had a fraudulent charge and were dismissed by the staff when we called. That place is absolutely disgusting and dirty and the staff is shady, offering themselves a $500 tip.

They always have delicious ice cream, but every time I go in the employees are very rude. Today specifically, I ordered and the girl working just stared at me like what I said was gibberish. I'm always super uncomfortable here because the employees make me feel unwelcome.
I absolutely love the large selection available,from the flavors to the toppings and add ins,I've ordered from here many times,literally an understatement that I love this place,I normally get the cheesecake flavor with toffee bits and Oreo cookie pieces with caramel drizzle,the individual creations are limitless,overall a great place!!!

The grandkids love it! Lots of options to customize any ice cream treat you want. Maybe just too much for the kids. But it's a fun place in the kids have a ton of fun concocting the weirdest things. It can get expensive for too many of the toppings. You just have to keep them a bit under control. In an ice cream store that's hard.

EXPENSIVE for GUMMY ice cream and STALE WAFFLE CONE! had it in paper, the cone was hard and chewy and terrible tasting...should NEVER happen for such a price and turnover! Slimy gummy ice cream...what the heck are they making these days?
