Visited this ice cream store since my childhood. The store's custom ice cream technique is very creative and very useful and fun for customers of all ages. The ice cream, cakes, and desserts are very sweet, but overall, it is very good in quality for a local ice cream store chain. Definitely recommend this for ice cream lovers everywhere.💖🍨🍦 💖

I'm going to open this message with Just had a really bad experience here. I was walking by, not even to get ice cream but to go to the Starbucks next door. There was a young lady (an employee) that was having a hard time getting the cart in so I open the door to offer help. I help her in with it and she didn't even say a word to me after. Not a oh thanks, thank you sir, not even go to hell. I mean some kind of words would be nice. When you stop to help someone it's just courtesy to say thank you for what you did. Even if you don't really care. However she didn't ask for help, I saw her having a hard time so I offered. I will be telling everyone to avoid this store. My family and I won't be going back here for ice cream anytime soon.

Passed by here this afternoon. This is My first time here. I don't eat ice cream that much now. I went here with My Father. I noticed only one worker. I ordered a Large Cup of Coffee Ice Cream with Oreo Toppings whereas My Father ordered a Large Cup of Chocolate Ice Cream plain. The service was good.

The place was very dirty and unorganized. I ordered the Chocolate Devotion ice cream, but the lady there didn’t even mix it properly. I asked her to add nuts, and instead of mixing them in, she just put them on top. When I ate the nuts, they had a strange smell.

My wife and I were there this week for 5min and a kid was doing cupcakes like there’s no one else waiting to be helped. Very disappointing experience!

My husband loooooves their coffee lovers' flavor. I just got one scoop of strawberry and chocolate each. It was good. (it started melt as soon as I took a step outside tho ) The waffle bowl was overcooked and old .. but hot summer day like this, sweet treatment is a must!

Very odd experience here. One kid was rocking out with earpods in, not paying attention to the order. The other girl looks like a robot and did not acknowledge or make eye contact with anyone. Nobody was friendly and the place looked dirty. Not one other person was in the restaurant with us so it's not like they were busy. Just a very odd experience. Disappointing.
