DON'T go to this store unless you support Sexual Harresment. My niece came home crying the other night her manager said " show me your tits and I'll give you a raise". We called the store manager and she said I'll go talk to him but I cannot fire him because I have no one else trained". Are you kidding me. So they suspended her to look into this and now they want to move her to a different store and do a drug testing because the guy said " I thought she was on drugs ". This guy has been reported many times BUT the store manager does nothing. Anyone have a good lawyer.

Zero stars if I could! I called a week in advance to get things squared away for my daughter's birthday... custom decorated cookies. I didn't have a plan B, since businesses are supposed to be ran as businesses and not juvenile clinics with employees that are high while working. 5 days ago everything was a go, this weekend everything was a go and someone was supposed to call me to take payment over phone, no one called. I kept calling and bugging but no one there seems to know any answers. It's always "let me call my manager and get back to you". So said "manager" was supposed to go yesterday to the store and bake my cookies, well that never happened. I called this morning and Sam says "well I don't see your cookies". I asked to speak with the manager whom apparently is at school so my cookies won't be done today even though I was supposed to pick them up today! Yesterday you said yes no problem the manager is going to come and do the cookies. Today it's no? Wow that's a business that knows how to run business well (sarcasm). If you're reading this, call them, ask them to put in an order for cookies. I can guarantee you no one will know anything about anything. The icing on the cake was when they said their email was hacked into so they have a new email address (which is also a gmail account). But everything I sent, no one got because no one has access to the email account. What a bunch of disorganization, dropping the ball, non communication juveniles working there. With an MIA "manager". I have never delt with a business ran so poorly in my life. And I know. I'm a business professional that owns my own successful business. Thumbs down to cookie connection

Amazing cookies! By far my favorite cookies ever. The only thing that bothers me is that they are not consistent on their pricing. I've been charged $3.50 for the Nutella cookie, and $2.85 the following week. Also, they don't consistently have the cookies of the day that they say they will. I've been waiting since they reopened for the cookie butter cookies and have yet to get them.

Decide to try then again as my disgusted begged me. Went in, same thing! Rude staff, no cookies but like 5 flavors, super small protons again and juts not what they used to be. We won't be back. Go elsewhere.

My son and I have decided they consistently have the best cookies in the area. The perfect size, thickness, chewiness, yum ness. This is always a reward for my kids. Their sweet little boxes fit 12 cookies perfectly. I often buy these as gifts for clients, family and friends. Stop here, you'll enjoy every bite!

We have got cookies from here for years and the last 2 times have been terrible. The cookies are NOT as large as they used to be, they are very thin now. They also put them in this plastic wrapper now and they don't seem to taste as fresh. The other thing I don't like is the new display case. It's a huge case that shows one cookie pinned to a round wheel type display stand with the name of the cookie on it. Every time I ask for a cookie I am told they are out of that one. The old display case you could see all the cookies and what was available, maybe when the cookie is out, you remove the pinned cookie so people know what you actually have. Also, the "display" cookie is way bigger then what you actually receive. Not sure we will be back anymore as for the price, it's not worth it anymore. Even with the groupons, which are not valid during Fridays or the weekend, don't make the new thin and stale cookies any better. Super bummed as this was the go-to cookie place for us for years.

This review is for the fountains location in Roseville. Vanessa is wonderful! I worked in the fountains center for 3 years and my co workers and I really enjoyed going here for a sweet treat! Most recently I got the 12 cookies box for my team members as a farewell gift and Vanessa was so helpful and super sweet! She offered to put a pretty red bow on the box and even added in a few extra sweets! Thank you so much Vanessa for all your help!

I placed and paid for an order that should have been delivered when the delivery didnt arrive I went to the location and there is a sign posted permanently closed, what kind of business does that. They get zero stars from me!

I placed an order for cookies for our hospital and was just called by an employee saying she was informed this morning that the owner is closing all locations immediately and filing bankruptcy. She had no other information and would not refund our order. Shocking as apparently they were slotted to have a grand opening at R Street in midtown in TWO days.

I LOVE Cookie Connection! I have made special orders multiple times. The Frosted sugar cookies are the best ever! I'm so sorry they went out of business and I hope they find a way to reopen. I will miss them! THEY REOPENED!!!!!
