Cookie Connection at the Fountains

Permanently closed. Google please update this...

This location is closed and they never put it on their website. I went there for a special event on a time line, nobody. Called and emailed to complain, no response.

Permanently closed but it says open online :/

FYI. As of Oct. 26, 2019, I still had a valid Groupon for cookie connection. I went to the Roseville one and saw a big closed sign on the door! Was very disappointed and pissed because I had to drive out of my way and was getting them for my mom. Even on Goggle they were still listed as “open” fortunately I received a refund from Groupon

Owner/staff extremely friendly

This review is for the fountains location in Roseville. Vanessa is wonderful! I worked in the fountains center for 3 years and my co workers and I really enjoyed going here for a sweet treat! Most recently I got the 12 cookies box for my team members as a farewell gift and Vanessa was so helpful and super sweet! She offered to put a pretty red bow on the box and even added in a few extra sweets! Thank you so much Vanessa for all your help!

It's one of my favorite places in Roseville! If your ever at the Fountains and you love cookies, this is your place!!!

I placed an order for cookies for our hospital and was just called by an employee saying she was informed this morning that the owner is closing all locations immediately and filing bankruptcy. She had no other information and would not refund our order. Shocking as apparently they were slotted to have a grand opening at R Street in midtown in TWO days.

Love Cookie Connection!!! Very clean, exceptionally friendly staff, have been getting cookies here for our Family's Special Occasions for at least 5 yrs, on average about twice a year, We Love It, and over time we seem to be increasing our average

BEST COOKIES AROUND TOWN BAR NONE! That sentence alone is enough. Get the snickerdoodle and thank me later. If you heat it up just becomes 100x better.

Quick and friendly service. And, the cookies are delicious! Although, I prefer ice cream and Gunther's, the brand they serve here, is one of my favorites. I hope to return soon.
