Drove to the fountains just to go here and the place was all closed up, must have been closed for a while as everything was cleaned and put away. The store hours posted online and on their door are until 9pm on Mondays. Feels real bad wasting time and gas to go somewhere that can't bother to update their hours for their customers.

Have been here before and loved it, even if it's pricy, it's a treat. Looking online *and on the door* it says this location is open until the evening, 9p. I got here at 4p and everything is locked, no Be Right Back sign, note, or Closed sign on the door, nothing. I hung around for a bit, checked out a couple stores, and after 30m, nothing. Now maybe this shouldn't be a big deal but considering we drove from North Sac to get here, it really f****** sucks. There was always a lack of customer service the few times I'd get some from the downtown or Roseville location (busy small business, can respect that) but this takes the cheesecake for me. I'm vindictive amd feel slighted as a repeat customer, so I probably won't be back lol however the cheesecake cookies are hella good. Just being real haha

Is the store still in operation? Been here twice on a Sunday, and even though the hours posted say they are open until 9pm on Sunday, the shop is closed and empty on both Sundays we were here at around 3-4pm evening time. My daughter was looking forward to getting an ice cream sandwich and was disappointed both times. I see a few other reviews saying the same, I guess we won't be coming back again so my daughter won't get her hopes dashed each time.

The macarons and mini cheesecake bites are delicious. Probably the best macarons I've had in awhile. Surprised there's not that many reviews. My sister got an iced caramel macchiato which was pretty good too.

The cookies are terrible. Don't waste your money. They look good but are not sweet almost like pizza dough with a hint of butter and salt. We Regret our purchase!!!

This was a hidden gem located in a busy plaza! Located across the street from the mall, this dessert shop had a lot of cookies, cheesecake bites, and ice cream! I think the prices & portion size for the cookies were great. I got the snickerdoodle which was nice and warm. My friend got the peanut butter sandwich w/ cold cheesecake. Both were so delicious and a nice treat.
First off, the cheesecake is AMAZING. We also tried multiple different cookies and loved these as well. They were large, soft, and flavorful. Lastly, the vanilla latte with oat milk was delicious. Cayla was so wonderful and provided such a great experience. The store is adorable and I will definitely be back!

Mmmm my fav is the strawberry cookie! Chewy and soft. A welcomed surprise my husband knows I like. The cheesecake bites allow you to enjoy a variety of flavors in one sitting! The staff was friendly.

The cashier/attendant was nice enough.. but didn't appear to be trained the way you'd expect quality food customer service to be (but my expectations are typically low these days.) I mention this because *everywhere* you go, (including Creamy's) people have a tip jar and expect tips for doing barely anything. Considering how expensive their baked goods are, I was disappointed with how underwhelming the cookie's flavor, texture and composition was. I went a second time because you never know if it was just a bad first try.. but the second trip was the same. It's a cute little spot though and it has potential!

The food is good the problem is they are never open. I literally drove across town from Folsom to get cheesecake here and it says they are open until 9pm and I get here at 750 and the 2 12 year old girls working there said sorry were closed. Either run a business or don't and change your hours. This is probably the 8th time this has happened to me where they claim to be open online and then I show up for nothing. Very frustrating. Great cheesecake if you can even get one.

I love Creamy's! I always bring family and friends here when they're visiting. Out of all the times I've come, there has only been once or twice when it was closed. All the flavors are delicious and the staff is always friendly and nice!
