I had a coupon for $1 small dipped cone. When I went to pay they said it was going to be $1.71. I thought with tax it should be a little over $1 but not that high. The guy at the register said there was tax and a service fee. What kind of big chain like Dairy Queen has a service fee? I would expect that out of a small business, maybe, but not a big business like DQ.

the girl who gave the order was rude. she was wearing a mask. i drive deliveries, i have delivered several thousand deliveries, this is the first time i have been treated like this. if i get orders from this place i wont drive anymore

I drove across town because this location is supposed to be open until 11 PM. I arrived 20 minutes before closing but was told they were no longer serving because they were already closed. I can understand if it was 5-10 minutes before, but 20 minutes? I wasted my gas and time. What a joke and disappointment.
The Orangevale branch would never do this. It's no surprise that so many other locations are closing down. Really disappointing.

Was a decent first time experience with dairy queen. All was good till a homeless man came to fill his water bottle and got told off by the manager. Making it clear he could not come back. Very off putting. Nobody even noticed the poor man till the manager made a scene.

Roseville Dairy Queen, please don't ever shut down. Fresno got rid of theirs long ago. Very bad decision.
Anyhoot, me and my 2 older boys were in town to see Big Boy 4014, the biggest steam locomotive ever built.
Lunch time came around and we came to DQ for some good eatin. The backyard bacon ranch double burger caught my attention real quick. The burger was really good. Not too underfilling or overfilling. Fries were really good too. A+ on the fries.
DQ is always a good place to eat. The employees work their butts off and get you your order quick. Keep up the great work.

Nothing extraordinary. I was expecting the burgers to taste pretty good but ended up scraping off the fake American cheese that made the burger taste awful. Really wish places would serve real cheese, I don't mind paying extra for. Quality should be priority. What did I expect? It's DQ.
