Murtaza not only helped me order, he remembered my favorite spice level even though I’d only been there once before. He also gave me a fresh cup of ice water without me even asking. Bro has telepathy or something.

Murtaza went above and beyond. I couldn’t decide between medium and hot, so he explained the flavors, brought me napkins, and even checked on me after I sat down to make sure I liked it. Dude deserves a raise.

This was our first time ever visiting Dave's Hot Chicken, and we're officially hooked! The food was absolutely outstanding, living up to all the hype we've heard. Everything was hot, fresh, and perfectly crispy. We particularly loved the Dave Sauce—it’s got the perfect blend of tang and spice, and we dipped everything in it.
However, the real star of our entire experience was Leigh, who took our order at the register. Leigh didn't just take our order; she truly elevated the whole visit into something special. Since it was our first time, she patiently walked us through the menu, explaining the different heat levels and making tailored recommendations. She was genuinely friendly, incredibly efficient, and had such a positive, welcoming energy.
Leigh went above and beyond to make sure we felt taken care of. She checked in on us shortly after we received our food, which was a thoughtful touch that showed how much she cared about our experience. Her helpfulness and kind demeanor made the atmosphere feel less like a quick service spot and more like a place where they genuinely value their customers.
Honestly, we've had good hot chicken before, but it was Leigh's exceptional service that made this visit worth coming back for.
