I stood at the counter for at least three minutes and it did appear that the counter person was busy if not understaffed. I was never acknowledged despite the counter person looking right at me several times. No "hello, I'll be right with you" or "welcome to Del Taco". He did however greet the Uber Eats or Door dash driver asking who he was picking up for, despite the driver arriving a couple of minutes after I got there. After I decided to leave and I started toward the door, the counter person finally shuffled toward the counter and asked if i wanted to order, I replied no and his answer was "Cool". Wow, apparently this guy really doesn't need the business nor does he appear to care. I'll oblige by not ever stopping at this Del Taco in the future!

The last few times we’ve picked food up at this location it has been great. We get the chicken tacos del carbon. This night we chose to eat inside and the tacos came out with cold broken corn tortillas. One of them was even in the wrong tortilla type and no lime on the side. I asked them to fix it and the tortillas came slightly warmer and still broken. Not our usual experience here. Disappointed.

I know this has nothing to do with this particular location but an overall franchise issue seems like the food is extremely overpriced. My boyfriend and I ordered last night we got a burrito combo and the birria taco combo and it came to $38 and some change. On the upside the fries were fresh and you can never go wrong with the strawberry lemonade.

I’ve loved Del Taco for a while now because their refried beans, sauce, and cheese is significantly better than its competitor. The Blue Oaks location is always clean and is faster compared to others in the area (others can end up being a long wait to get food). Hopeful for more in the area versus less, which is a concern since the Sierra College location off I-80 in Rocklin is already gone.

Yesterday I had the new Birria tacos and the Carne Asada quesadilla. The birria taco was great and even came with good consomme' . Should have had them put avocado on it! Same for the carne asada, the flavor was good but the meat was a bit dry. I wish it wasn't a 30 min drive for me to get there!! I live near Grass valley.

I enjoy coming to this location whenever I am in the area. My favorite items are the chili cheddar fries and occasionally I will get some of the chicken tacos if I'm in the mood this is a very clean establishment very large atmosphere with quick efficient services. this is one of my favorite locations to visit since we don't have one where I live so I tend to go here when I have a craving and this is always one of my favorite places to grab a bite to eat they have breakfast items and they also are open for lunch and dinner The staff at this establishment are friendly efficient and quick. They also have an app that you could download that when you scan your phone you earn points towards free items I love earning free items, so I definitely tend to download these apps when they have them available, so you can get free food this is a newer Del taco but the staff that we're here they're awesome. The food is great. Great experience overall, one of my go to for sure if you're looking for a new great place to get rabbit bite to eat I highly recommend Del taco off of blue oaks. They are great great food great service great experiences thank you Del taco off of blue Oak you guys are awesome. I look forward to my next visit here again very soon or did your visits and more great experience to comethank you again. :-) happy holidays and merry Christmas to come. Thank you again keep up the great work.

Really clean compared to most any other fast food restaurants that I have visited. Prices are high, but everyone is getting on the higher price bandwagon it seems. Makes it easier when one has good service and food as well!

My favorite breakfast used to be Del Taco's Macho Breakfast Burrito. They did away with that in favor of Epic breakfast burritos. Added potatoes to the burrito, leaving out some of the real stuff. Now they've cancelled the Epic in favor of a skinny little breakfast burrito thing. Now I have to start with the skinny thing, add more eggs, pico de gallo, red sauce, green sauce, secret sauce, no potatoes of course, etc. Sometimes I also add carne asada just for fun.Parking: I always find parking up close, right next to the building, at all 3 Del Taco shops I frequent.
Recommended dishes: Macho Combo Burrito, The Del Taco

Still love the crinckle cut fries and a burrito or taco. The portions have become smaller, price more expensive and worst the taste is not the same. Give me at least 2 out of those 3!
This store sucks. EVERYTIME I come here for a breakfast burrito at 7:30 in the morning (30 mins after opening) they proceed to tell me that I'll have to wait another 15 mins so they can cook the eggs. It's weird. Almost like they try to lose business. This has happened 3 times now. They lost my business.
