Disrespectful Staff in the Bakery Section Threatened my 77 Year Old Disabled Vietnem Veteran Father! Accused him of "Planning on stealing" something! He makes $12,000 a month through Retirement from the State!!! Threatened by staff that "you dont know what i can do to you". Scumbags! Will be filing a Civil Lawsuit and Pursing Legal Action Against this Trash Establishment! My dad has been going here since it was opened!!! Stay Away from this Place by All Means!!!

My Grandparents and I just went to the cake section to see about ordering a birthday cake. There were a few workers in the back and no one else was waiting for any service. They didn't even acknowledge us as they kept walking passed us. My 90 year old grandmother walked up to what appeared to be a manager maybe and the lady was very rude, to my 90 YEAR OLD Grandmother. She was very short and said she had someone on hold, then she yelled out at someone in deli to have her help us and that employee sighed. I noticed the first lady never got on the phone with anyone, she was what appeared to be throwing away expired food. Once we did get help you had a very poor selection of cakes, so we left. The #1 reason we walked out was we didn't want to deal with horrible customer service. My grandparents go in this store all the time and the pharmacy knows them by name. I was floored by the way the cake department was so cold and rude to their customers.

I bought cilantro here and put non-organic instead of organic into the selfcheck. I was given a tour upstairs and told never to do it again. Thank you Bel Air for giving me a second chance!
Nice grocery store with police staff. There's also a Round Table Pizza in the same parking lot, you can go stuff your face with garlic bread and pizza while your ice cream melts in the trunk.
