The service was friendly. Clean environment. Unfortunately, the food didn't agree with our stomach. ( PG version). I would compromise and consider 2 stars but the food was bad. Never again.

When you walk in, you see the menus ahead of you and the cash registers to the left which is where we ordered our food. The staff was very friendly and helpful with our food order. Are food was delivered to our table very quickly and was very delicious. One of the salsas that I wanted at the self-serve station was out, but otherwise was a very good visit and I would go again.

Want a salad? Nachos? Tacos? Large portions and great flavors. Quick service too! And their salsa styles on the big salsa bar are rich and delicious. Love eating here.

Dos Coyotes never disappoints! The food is always delicious. Some of my favorites are the Mango burrito and the pulled pork burrito. The homade tomatillo sauce goes good on everything!

Love the shrimp burritos here! 4 dysts for atmosphere because it gets lots in there when it's busy but still a very cool spot.

Now I would have to say that I have been to this restaurant several times throughout my lifetime and I love the salsa bar but last night when I went to The Establishment in the casino it was the worst food I ever had in my life. I know it was late like maybe 11:00 usually I'll go up and say something but it didn't seem like they would care anyway so we just left the food there it was so horrible. I think the only thing that got ate was the cookie. You know money is not so easy to come even at the casino you know we said a budget and if we lose that we're out of there I know that the food is normally good so I got it. I got a border burrito and the nachos to share with my coworkers. The burrito was dry disgusting the meat was cold the nachos meat was cold and I mean cold cold they didn't even bother to warm it up and then the nachos were burnt. I will never go there again now I don't even know if I'll ever go to any of them again because it just totally turned me off. I can't believe they had the audacity to bring that food out to us. So whatever it was $30 something just down the drain that night, was more upset about the cold nasty food that I was about losing a few dollars we did at the casino.

Dropped in for lunch. The ordering line moves quickly and the employees are friendly. The food was prepared quickly and brought to the table. The food is excellent. The service and food are consistent with each visit.
