This is always a good spot to get a meal. By all means it's not authentic Mexican food but it's definitely a good choice. My favorite things to pick are the yucatan chicken salad and grilled southwest steak burrito pictured below. What I appreciate about this place is that the salsa is always good, I love the chile pasilla and chipotle salsas. Only thing that's a little iffy is just the chips. They used to be very good but this past year they've always been stale. The service is quick. The food is ready within 5 minutes ordering. Usually that brings up red flags but you can visibly see the chefs grilling the steaks and chicken infront of you. I personally love the char on the steak. the restaurant itself is cute. It has an old western theme.

Great place for lunch. Always fresh. Their salads are amazing. Tortilla soup is also great. The salsa bar is also great.

I took my elderly mother to this restaurant yesterday, a Monday, for a late lunch at approximately 3 pm. The staff did not appear particularly busy but dirty dishes covered nearly half of the tables in the nearly empty restaurant. I bussed several of the tables closest to us myself (to one a bit further away) just so we could enjoy our meal without the view of this sea of dirty dishes and garbage. Not what I've experienced before at Dos Coyotes and they need to do better! (app will not allow me to check "ambiance" as the problem but good service includes prompt cleaning of vacated tables)
I love the Adobe salad. It's always great. Dressing on the side.Vegetarian options: I get the vegetarian Adobe salad with beans.Parking: There is parking in front for to go items. I call ahead and pick up.Kid-friendliness: You can sit inside or outside depending on the weather.
