Every time I have been to this specific location, no matter what I get, the drink is not correct. I usually let this go, but it’s become a trend. The drinks are not cheap, so when what I receive is not what I paid for, it’s pretty frustrating. It is a waste of my time and money. The linebusters never my order read back to me, so I have to restate my order to confirm it’s correct. Even then, when I get to the window it’s wrong. My most recent visit, my mom and I got 2 iced teas. I ordered a medium extra sweet peach, blackberry, vanilla black tea with light ice. I got to the window, and the same person who took my order handed me our drinks. He said “they accidentally made it a large, so you get a free upgrade!” Normally this would be great, but they did not add the extra flavor I paid for. It was still light ice, so it was actually even more watered down. Not to mention, the employees always seem inconvenienced by customers’ presence. I am at a point where this location has lost my trust, and I don’t think I will come back. Every time I’m disappointed.

Recently they can't make coffee... As of December 17, 2025, this location hasn’t been making coffee properly for the past month or two. Every time I order the same drink, like a Hot Kicker, the taste is completely different... sometimes very bitter, sometimes way too sweet, and other times it’s mostly just milk with almost no coffee flavor. Each visit comes with a new mistake.
I wish employees who make coffee had proper training before starting. Without it, this location is losing loyal customers and hurting its reputation.

Showed up at the window and everyone inside just completely avoided eye contact doing their own thing for long enough that it became humiliating and I just left. I can dump a pound of sugar into coffee at home.

This was my go to place for coffee. I pay extra for no ice in my drink and I got a medium. This is what I got. And I ordered this drink several other times and it was full like an actual medium drink. I tried to ask the girl at the window if that’s correct and she didn’t even help . She just tried to say it was correct . Coffee is too expensive for barely any product that I payed for .

I was charged twice for a drink by Kylie :) when I literally told them that I paid for it, and they didn’t even look at the order to see if I paid for it or not.

At 4:40PM the Manager at this location was ridiculously rude working the drive thru. 1 star service…because she refused my pregnant fiancée a birthday drink..1 star for the rude atmosphere. She then made a condescending comment about how I should be paying for my fiancés drink implying whatever her mind thought of in the moment lol. Went to the location in Rocklin instead and zero issues. I’ve been coming here for over 3 1/2 years now and have never encountered that.

When I’m wanting an iced tea or maybe a sweet drink, Dutch bros is my go to. The workers are always up beat and friendly. Drive thru might look busy, but they really get thru orders quick. Drinks are always yummy! Try a peach ring rebel for a sweet treat or get the poppy seed muffin top for a yummy snack.
